I would highly recommend never ordering from this company. I placed an order on April 23rd for two bottles of wine (as a gift). Almost two weeks go by and I realize I did not receive a confirmation of shipping. I reached out to the company on May 5th, nicely asking when the order might ship. I check their website that says orders go out in 7-14 business day, opps, I got a head of myself, it had only been 8 business days. The company replied on May 7th, “We're currently in the process of finalizing the packing for our monthly wine club shipments. Once this is complete, we'll swiftly move on to packing our online orders. Rest assured, we'll prioritize shipping your order first.” Great, it’ll go out soon. On May 20th, I checked in again and asked to cancel the order. On May 20th (quick reply, yay) the order can’t be cancelled it’ll go out the first week of June. I replied again, saying I was disappointed and to please cancel the order. I was told again they couldn’t cancel it would go out first week of June, and also their web tech had been out and couldn’t update the website (insert eyeroll, terrible excuse). Well, it’s June 7th (the end of the first week of June, 33 business days later, my order hasn’t gone out. And the communication from Nocking Point is the worst, there has been no emails that the order was delayed for any reason. I understand it’s a smaller company, but this was a gift, I would have ordered elsewhere if I knew it would take so long, there website clearly said 7-14 business days it’s now double that, with NO communication and really no apology. I emailed just now (June 7th) asking for my money back. If you read other online reviews, I’m not the only person, I understand delays happen but the lack of communication (other than my reaching out)...

I got wrapped up in dealing with Nocking Point like most did, from their smart marketing of their Quarantine Wine. Loved the premise and the wine was fine. Unfortunately, their customer service does not match their marketing. I have been trying to cancel my membership since December (have sent 2 emails and tried calling non-answered numbers numerous times)and have received no response.
As anyone can see from reading their reviews, this is definitely their business strategy. They make it fairly easy to sign up for memberships online and then send constant emails to buy/do more but then make it impossible to cancel your membership. Cannot talk to anyone (no phone numbers to call except a shop they have in some airport that doesn't answer). Only one email address to request cancellation that clearly goes directly into their trash so they can keep collecting their membership fees.
My last email to them threatened that if they didn't cancel my membership (or at least respond to me) that I would go to the Better Business Bureau and report the changes as fraudulent to my credit card company since they no longer have authorization to charge me for a membership that I've made every effort to cancel. Nothing! No response. When you go to the Better Business Bureau you'll see many others that have had the same experience.

   Read moreSuper disappointing. Something has changed for the worse. I have been a member for a while now and never had any issues until recently. So bad that I have to question the integrity of this company. I tried to pause my quarterly shipment and emailed them with plenty of notice, to which they ignored all my email requests. Only did they respond after I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. In the mean time 3 weeks later they finally reached out and said they would credit me, but they actually ended up charging me again. I emailed them again and asked when they would issue my credit and they kept brushing me off, "7 -10 business days for credit to show up" "another 2-3 business days second charge should fall off". And here we are over 6 weeks later and still no credit or fall off of the second charge. I have since emailed them to cancel my subscription entirely and thank goodness for my credit card company who has been amazing, they have credited me both charges and if they try to charge me again they will move forward with blocking Nocking point from charge me again. I really liked nocking point and cant believe that they have come to this scam type level...
