We LOVE Butcher Butcher we have had their skirt steak, delicious! We also enjoy their sausages - although I see another review on here state that they aren’t tasty, I think it really just depends on how you cook them. We cook them in a cast-iron at home and they’re very tasty. We like to cook them in two different ways, either straight on the cast-iron sautéed, or a quick boil and then a quick crisp on the grill or cast iron. Additionally, we have had their pancetta, as well as their mortadella, and I am Italian so I can say that, although for example, the mortadella is different (not exactly Italian) however, it is still very delicious and tasty, and so far the closest thing I’ve had to the taste of home here in the US. Read moreWe ordered several sausages - hot Italian and beer brats... So, the look - good... each link is about 1/3 of a lb... So, looks good there. Then, things went down hill after you took them home and started cooking... So, we cooked the first batch with slow heat... and then turned the grill up to high to crispend the skin... and another batch, high heat and then low to finish.... NEITHER technique worked... The sausages were supe dried and to the point of inedible... Price point - about $10 for a lb.. so, OK if the sausage is really good......

I had never had liver before and the gentleman there suggested I try their 20% organ meat, 80% ground beef mix, he even gave me a sample. As it turns out, I’m not a huge fan of straight liver and the ground beef mix was a great middle ground. I’ve been buying it from them ever since....
