Calling this frozen ambrosia "ice cream" does not do it justice! It needs a new name! I intend to try every flavor, but started with a chocolate cherry ice cream pie and two pints: "Bananas Foster" and "Double Trouble Cookie Dough." Saving the pie for a special occasion this weekend, but both flavors I purchased are beyond delicious! This is close to the hand-churned ice cream my grandma used to make in the 1950's, only better due to the creative flavor combinations. I love being able to order online and pick up, which I imagine will be the only way you'll be able to savor this treat when the weather gets warm and the Colville Street location gets swamped with tourists. I love Ice Cream. My earliest memories of being happy revolve around playing outside with my friends and all of us chasing the ice cream man when he drove through. The Strawberry Crunch Bars, The Spiderman with misplaced eyes.

Each time I eat Pine Cone Creamery, I am instantly taken back to when I was that child, with all the sense memories coming to life.

Corey manages to capture the essence of every flavor expertly, making each serving more than a cup of ice cream, as it becomes an experience. The flavor profiles, the fresh ingredients and the texture all combine to make what I consider to be the best ice cream I have ever had.

That Peach Cobbler Ice Cream? Yea, that cobbler is home made and cut into the perfect size for each bite.

My family and I love coming here any time we want a delicious cold treat (even in the winter time). The staff is always alert and ready to give us all the samples we want. Honey lavender became my favorite back about 15 years ago when I discovered it at Salt n' Straw and every time I would try to find a good duplicate from other brands I was always disappointed. The smile on my face when Pine Cone was able to send my tastebuds into an absolute flurry of glee again when I tried their version was a clear sign that I found a local winner. So yummy!
