Plumb Cellars — Attraction in Walla Walla

My wife and I brought our son for the christmas parade. We called earlier in the day to make a reservation we were told they didn't accept reservations for events. We arrived early and the best table was reserved. We expressed our annoyance with the situation and left it at that. A few mins later I walked past the bar and heard all three of the bartenders speaking Ill and making very inappropriate and unprofessional comments about my wife and I. I confronted them and they attempted to deny having said anything at all, despite my having heard it myself. They did attempt to apologize after I refused to allow their denial. I would not go to their tasting room. Went for a visit, first time in, and the person providing the tasting made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Not personable. Never checked on us and I’m pretty sure she didn’t know what was on the menu or anything about the wine. It was odd and we won’t be back… went to a different location a few doors down and shared our experience with that tasting room server and another group (a few feet away) shared a similar experience with the Plumb Cellar tasting room...
