As a wedding planner for 20 years in the greater Seattle area, President of WIPA Seattle & past Director of Wedding Network Seattle, I have never come across a more unprofessional business. I have a wedding on 10/8/22 that I had my associate inquire with them regarding availability in July. At that time they were available. I then reached out via email 8/4/22 saying we were ready to move forward. No response. Reached out again 8/9/22, in which I received a response on 8/11/22 stating: "Hi Rebecca, I just got back to work from being sick for the last 2 weeks. I will look over the emails and get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you. Jamie." That email came through at 10:43am, and I responded at 11:04am same day saying I look forward to receiving the proposal and let me know if you have any questions. No response. Reached out again on 8/17 asking when I could expect the proposal. No response. Reached out again on 8/23. No response. Just called them this morning (8/26/22), and they now are informing me they are fully booked for the year and unable to take on any additional bookings for 2022. So here we are less than a month and a half away from my clients wedding, and I'm left holding the bag to scramble to find an available florist when I had been in contact with Wild Willow Flower House since early August when I received word they were working on my quote. VERY poor business practice to leave another professional in a lurch like that without letting me know they couldn't take it on. Would never reach out to this company again. We recently used Wild Willow florists for a memorial arrangement in Walla Walla for our Aunt. My sister and I live on the east coast and could not attend today's service. The very attentive team was able to coordinate a beautiful arrangement to be delivered to the Mountain View-Colonial DeWitt funeral Home, who then had the arrangement taken to the graveside service. Not only was Wild Willow extremely helpful , they also texted me a photo of the completed arrangement. The team worked to provide an appropriate presentation with color, flower,and size selections. Holly's has become my GoTo florist for sending flowers in Walla Walla. I was in the Patisserie across the street a couple years back, and the arrangement on the counter was beautiful. Something contemporary, in a glass bowl.

I asked where it was from, and they sent me to Holly's. The next time I needed to send flowers in Walla Walla, I gave Holly's a call and told them I wanted something like they did for the Patisserie.
