Placed an order this evening at 7:20pm after waiting 35 minutes the site says they are still making the order. I called to see if there was an issue with the site and was told our order was ready but they only had 2 drivers and ours would be the next to go out. Another 35 minutes go by and we get a call from the store manager "Emanuel" saying they ran out of one item I ordered and asked if they could give an in store credit for that item for next time. I told them that was fine just bring the rest of the order. He tells me it's going to be another 30-40 minutes! What?!?? I told him that was not acceptable we have already waited over an hour at this point and my kids are hungry!! He says they are short on drivers and have 30 orders ahead of mine! WHAT?!? On a typical Monday night? Come on! I told him to cancel my order and I would be sure to contact the regional manager. He offered to give me the number. I try calling and it's the wrong number! I called back and asked for the number again he said "I gave you the right number" I asked him to repeat it. He gave all but the last 4 and asked me what those numbers were I told him I'd let him know if I wrote it wrong once he tells me what he provided me. He then says he is not allowed to give the regional managers number out! WHAT?!?!?! I said "So you intentionality gave me the wrong numbr?" He said "Yep, I sure did" UGHHH!!!! I have never been so angry! How rude! How disrespectful! Is this how Domino's treats their customers?? I highly recommend NOT ordering...

The most disgusting thing just happened to my husband & I just now. We ordered dominos pizza to pick up from the one on main (2521 N Main St Walnut Creek, CA 94597). I am driving us & once we get there I told my husband I'll stay in the car (I'm in my PJs). As we planned, he went to next door to get us soda from 7-Eleven before going into dominos to pick up our pizza. We then left to home and enjoy our night.
I got 2 missed calls back to back. I called back and I realized it was Dominos pizza. The person on the phone asked if we were just there to pick up pizza, to which I said yes. This person then proceeded to accuse us of stealing saying "the person you sent to pick up the pizza stole 2 soda's from us. We saw it on the cameras. Don't do this again, etc....". At his point I'm looking at my husband puzzled knowing there is no way.
My husband responds to this person call was on speaker & lets them know he walked in WITH the sodas which he bought from 7-Eleven. This person was still accusatory & rude. This is so unacceptable & incredibly hurtful. My husband told the person on the phone that we will complain about this & they said "we don't care". The crazy part is they lied about watching camera footage.
What disgusting staff this establishment employs. Especially if you’re a person of color...

I called and sat on hold for 10 min to speak to someone who told me my order was on the way and would be arriving in 15 min, however, it did not arrive until 30 minutes after that. Driver did not even remember to have a receipt for me to sign. When I got back to my hotel room, I found that the medium pepperoni and pineapple pizza I ordered was actually a cheese and alfredo - and I hate alfredo - therefore I was not even able to eat the pizza. I called the store back and sat on hold 10 more minutes, hung up and called back, and waited another 10 minutes, only to have same guy answer phone and when I asked for refund, he said a manager was not there so they could not do a refund and asked me to call back in an hour when a manager would be there - HA, I JUST WAITED ON THE PHONE FOR 20 MIN UPSET B/C I WAITED 1.5 HRS FOR AN INCORRECT PIZZA. I advised the manager should call me and provided my contact info. Although I doubt this manager will EVER call.
