Came her to "eat" some time while my car was being worked on. As a veg, I am used to sifting through menus and asking questions on how to modify meals to fit my need. This establishment was very friendly in answering my questions. I ordered a half sandwich with salad and drink. They held off the mayonnaise and cheese on my veggie for me, and substitted oil and vinegar in addition to the mustard that was on it. I was pleasantly surprised to have mushrooms on my sandwich, and that it was a hot sandwich!! Be sure to add the onions and peppers (ill request double next time, so tasty). When I asked about their sourdough bread possibly containing milk or eggs, the owner personally called their bread distributor to confirm the sourdough was in fact free of animal products. They had an oil based dressing for the salad i got on the side and the salad itself was delicious and filling!(beets, kidney beans and chickpeas, yum!) They do have a cauliflower crust for their pizza but it contains egg-may work for individuals following keto. Clean establishment at lunch time with all ages dining in. Friendly, laid back out door patio. Ill be back, but I do hope to see more vegetarian labeled options on the food menu...
Read moreSorry, but this was not impressed at all. Came here for lunch with a couple co-workers. All first-timers to Pinky's. We ordered half sandwiches and two orders of their nacho tater tots to share. Sandwiches were nothing more than something you could have made at home with lunchmeat and dude...they were tiny. Like imagine a hot dog bun cut in half. Our tatertot appetizer came out like 15 minutes after the sandwiches showed up, which of course we woofed down in seconds. And honestly those were pretty crummy too. Way tooo much money $$$ for such a disappointing lunch. $40 and we could have eaten at a dozen other places and had a better lunch. Staff was very friendly though. And I guess we should have come for pizza and beer, maybe the experience would have been better. But for what we ordered and got...I felt like we overspent by double. It sucked. :( Not to mention I found this place using a pinball bay area map, and thought it would be fun to come play a couple pins they have on location. One of the games wasn't working and the other was on but wouldn't accept any quarters and was broken. I own my own retail store, it pains me to have to leave a bad review...but I really felt this one...
Read moreThere are two appeals to this place; the pizza crust, and the at-home bar atmosphere. The crust is crispy on the bottom like a cracker, when cooked right, and tastes great plus does a good job of keeping your pizza in a slice shape. The interior bar atmosphere near the tap seemed very fun and friendly, but I didn't stay there long. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bacon on the Randy's Hot Friday pizza was rank. The bacon had clearly been in the fridge a couple days too long, or left out before being cooked or refrigerated. It was a bit foul. Other than that my experience here was perfect. Good beer on top with proper flavor and head, bathroom smelled like pure bleach (which is what I want in a dirty pizza place 😅) , and the employees were really friendly. It was expensive, about $30 for a 12" medium, but the taste was so unique and crust so good that I didn't even care. I won't go here again because of the bacon issue (If you can't keep bacon below the danger zone i can't...
