Arby's — Restaurant in Wapakoneta

Rough visit. We have had better visits, but seems to be going downhill. We were not even there during a busy time. Half of our order was done right away, but then it sat on the counter under an air conditioning vent. Most of the was cold before we received it. My sandwich was made incorrectly with incorrect bun. I can not eat the onion bun. I seen my sandwich come up, and then I heard the counter person ask the "cook" if he used the correct bun. With no response, the "cook" grabs the sandwich back, opens it, then just slaps the meat onto a different set of buns. So then half the toppings were left on the old bun and the sandwich was never re-dressed. And it was cold by the time all of this transpired. I did not have time for the sandwich to be made again, so I dealt with it and left. But overall, it was a pretty negative experience with food and service. Hopefully this is a one time occurence. I will give them another chance. But I won't go there again when...

I ate at this Arby's on 5/28 for dinner and had an eye opening experience. The service and food was excellent. The young lady at the counter even told us to have a nice evening as we left. The restaurant was very clean and yet another worker was busy sweeping the floor, keeping the place spic and span. Beach Boy music was playing in the background at a soft level. As a throw-back to 1960, there was a pink bicycle parked outside the restaurant, probably belonging to one of the young employees. Most impressively, the bike wasn't chained up to keep it from being stolen. In my Georgia town, that bike would have been in the pawn shop within 3 minutes of being left like that. In this drive thru only world that we live in nowadays I've had the joys (eye roll) of dealing with basically "what do you want?" And "here's your food" where the employees have a bad attitude and zero customer service. BUT NOT HERE😁 the young lady working the drive thru was very pleasant but was very efficient. I have a family of 4 and while we don't order anything complicated it's still 4 meals and while I'm ordering I hate when people interrupt with "is that all?" Or "what sauce?" 😡 Oh or "what to drink?"
