Went to pick up our order at the time designated on the app. The food was not ready and the cashier seemed confused as to the status of our order so we sat down and waited. A couple minutes later we heard the order name so we went over to the counter. We were told the food was done but was waiting on the shakes. They finished them up and gave them to us and said we were all set, so we left. Got home and found we were missing 5 of the 6 burgers. So we called the store to let them know, they cheerfully said that the burgers were actually there and laughed. We made our way back across town, when we arrived they were still making the burgers. I tried to order an additional fry but I forgotten my wallet at home from driving back an forth so unfortunately was not able to get it. We got our order and left. The staff was very sarcastically pleasant. 1 of the 7 staff members that were there had the manners to say a quick "sorry about that" before we left. Read moreI must have waited a good 50 minutes for my burger. They had a bunch of people all doing one thing ran by the super bossy manager. Like the whole operation was getting slowed up by some kid in on fries who was definitely trying hard but you could tell it was his first ever job and just didn't really have good hand eye coordination. I mean I get it sometimes you just have to throw them right in the pool so they learn how to swim but I mean it was dinner there was a lot of people there that could have easily been other people helping this kid. The fries were way over salted. And I ordered a regular size and when you get that at other Five Guys you get like half a bag of fries. This one they just gave you the little container and maybe like an extra half a little scoop I was definitely let down with that. But the burger was well I'll say that. But just a bad overall experience having to listen to this bossy lady who really didn't do anything to keep the place...

Their app and confirmation email say you can call and they will bring your prepaid order to the car. After a long day at the playground with my grandson with ASD, bringing the order to the car was so appreciated. I called, and the employee asked the manager, who said this time it was okay, but not the next time. If it didn’t say on the app and the email to call for curbside service, I would not have asked. Plus, I am disabled so every step of energy saved can go to my grandson. I have had my order wrong here before with promises from the manager to make it right, give a refund, etc, and nothing ever came of it. I go here because my grandson loves it.
