L.L.Bean — Local services in Wareham

Went after Christmas shopping just to get out of the house. Found the most adorable Bean boots and bought them ON SALE 40% off! Got all the way home and discovered the ink tag still in place. I called and the agent was so apologetic. I had been chatting with the woman behind the register. Neither of us noticed. I was advised if I came back they'd "make it worth my while". I was off the next day, so I went. They really meant it! They gave me an ADDITIONAL 25% OFF! Bean boots 65% off! ..and I found an adorable long down coat on sale! LL BEAN is great. Quality items and customer service...

Wow, their prices are higher than the discount LL Beans in Maine. Unbelievable considering the area. I went in to look for a gift & left without it. They were having a 70% off sale, which brought some of their merchandise down to what would be considered the "normal" catalog start price. They had some nice sweaters on sale, but if I wanted a cotton sweater, I could go elsewhere without spending the $70-$100 on sale price. They have good deals and the store is a pretty good size. A lot of the items are returns, or are slightly older because they are discounted but in my opinion it doesn’t make a difference because LL Bean gives you a lifetime warranty anyways. The store has a good amount of clothing for men and women. It also has a good assortment of boots, shoes, slippers and some other items such as things for your home.
