T-Mobile — Local services in Wareham

I visited this store to ask if my phone would work in Puerto Rico, as I'll be travelling there for business. The employee searched his computer and let me know that it would not work as T-mobile has no coverage there. He also let me know I could look this up online. As they are a U.S. territory I thought this odd and looked into it further. The coverage map on their website, clearly shows almost the entire island has coverage. I went in experiencing troubles with my phone. I googled it and had what I thought was the answer, it needed a new sim card. She completely dismissed me and made me feel almost stupid for having an idea of what was wrong with it.
