Old Navy — Local services in Wareham

Terrible exchange policy. Someone ordered me a few shirts and a couple pairs of shorts online for my birthday. All I had to do is pick them up. I did so just to return the next morning because the shorts were too small and I just wanted a simple exchange. They don't let you do a "simple exchange". They want to refund the card they were purchased on, of course I don't have the card they were purchased on, I didn't pay for them. They went and refunded the card and told me to go and get the size I wanted but I had to pay for them. Wait! I have to pay for them and can't just exchange them??? I am not about to first of all, pay for a gift that someone bought me. Secondly, I am not going to give my money to a business that makes it impossible for a simple exchange when there are 6 other clothing stores in the same plaza (Wareham Crossing) that will allow me to make a "simple exchange". Needless to say, I told them they can keep the shorts and I just drove a few doors down to JC Penney and bought shorts there where the do have a simple exchange policy. Old Navy, You've lost...
