McDonald's — Restaurant in Warrensburg

If I could give this 0 stars I would. At 11:06pm on 7/1/24 I went through the drive thru to get something to eat after work. I used the McDonald’s app to get a free medium or large frappe with any minimum purchase of $2. I gave the girl my code, and proceeded to order my food, I ordered a 4C meal and the girl asked me what I would like to drink on my meal, I then told her that I would like the frappe as the drink on my meal. The girl then proceeded to tell me that they cannot do that due to the drink being a deal on the app, I have never had any issues with this before, but I did not argue. I then asked if she could just ring me in for a 4C meal And just not give me a drink she said she could not do that without me actually taking a drink, I did not argue. I then told her I would just like a small water with the meal, she then said that she cannot do that because since a water is free, it does not count as a drink on the meal. I know that that is not true because I have worked at a McDonald’s before. She said I could not get the meal unless I got a drink, so I ordered a water and somehow that still was not OK. She said if I wanted that specific food then I would have to pay for it separately. For the 4C meal it costs $7.79, but if I were to order just the sandwich and fries separately it adds up to $8.88. Now I understand that it is not that much more, but in this economy every dollar counts. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this experience and will probably not ever come here again. I would rather drive to the knob noster McDonald’s and have a much better experience than ever...

A little disappointed in the food I asked for fresh fries and I got cold flies I go back in and I told him that I would like some fresh hot fries and the chick as nice as she was instead went over got me another set of fries still from the same batch that they gave me from originally lukewarm and even though they just watched them come out of the fryer so they should have been hot steaming hot we're still lukewarm so little upset about that the Big Macs had more than their fair share of lettuce everybody loves the lettuce usually on their Big Macs didn't ask for a side salad with my Big Mac even though not complaining well maybe a little other than that it was okay we were the first ones inside and then a huge rush came in to drive through all we had ordered was two Big Macs with a small fry and the people through the drive-thru we're getting their meals first before us and I'm talking like just one or two vehicles considering we were still there before the drive-thru people they still got their meals out before we did a little perturbed about that but what else can you get explained and get from a fast food restaurant so I give it a...

Waited in double line long time which I understand for times. Ordered two Burritos buy one get one free, Sausage Mcmuffin and Sweet tea mild sauce all on screen. Held phone and card out window paid for both Burritos as cashier said have to get number before I total so let that go also and said when asked no reciept because of times also. Sat in ajoining packing lot to eat no sauce in bag. Waited in line again for sauce for now cold Burritos got to window worker acted as i did something wrong not even a sorry. Parked again to eat guess what unsweet tea!!! Mo reciept or would of waited in line for another complete meal or refund. McDonald's and Walmart trillon dollar companies to cheap to hire competent employees. Need more social media on this no one to big to go down. This is a constant in home town Higginsville Mo the worst, But was in Warrensburg for dentist appointment. Gosh it's no difference there and have to wait longer!!! No reciept but changed menu board as i was telling them about no sauce. So 10:30 !!!! Glad i copied so i can paste on Social Media!! You think one Star raiting was too many??? Disgusted...
