Haven’t been in PF chang's for like over a year and today we were party of 4 had dinner. I know and aware already that PF chang’s is not authentic Asian/ Chinese restaurant it’s more like modern American Chinese cuisine even tho on their website saying authentic but really is not. So today foods (entrees) was terrible.. not sure who’s the chefs back there that’s cooking their menu, but if the chefs are Asian I’ll be shock because none of my family is satisfied with our dinner tonite. I mean for the most appetizers that we had was just frozen stuff that you couldn’t mess up with that, oh by the way the pork egg rolls wasn’t good either probably they need to change other brands for their frozen egg rolls. We ordered bunch of stuff because we were just so hungry that we didn’t have our lunch today taking care some family stuff in Jersey The signature lo Mein they cooked with celery!!! I mean whaattt?? I cooked my lo mein at home never use celery, I used that for soup. The sesame chicken I could taste the flour, the fried rice was no flavor. Literally I said to my family tonite that Chinese takeout restaurant taste better then this fancy restaurant. I don’t know PF Chang’s, your quality food seems like going down the hill. Is very sad. The only thing that I could say a good thing about is our waiter Matthew he was nice.

This is where you go for over-priced (what we call) fAsian (fake Asian) cuisine. Poorly interpreted and Americanized versions of Asian cuisine that you can find better versions of at most any veritable Chinese or Japanese restaurant in the area. They lean on chicken and flank steak. When you opt for sushi, you get such a small amount of the fish and great amount of sticky rice that the roll doesn't hold together when you attempt to pick it up with chopsticks. On our visit (today) we were even given the incredible opportunity to have a Women's room that was shut down and the Men's room was made a make-shift unisex bathroom. Wouldn't you love to have your wife or daughter walking by a man using the urinal and potentially waiting for the stall to become available? Talk about finding every corner to cut to increase the bottom line. I would never recommend this place to anyone that said they liked Asian cuisine. We know, at least, ten places within two miles that offer what someone wanting Asian food would really like.

Let me start off with our services. Our waitress was amazing she killed it. She was great. The food was nasty. I had salad the chicken they use its almost like fake chicken it was gross. My dessert had a bug 🐛 😩 on it. I get that it happens so we just told the waitress( again she was great. ) How every the atmosphere was so different from when I used to work here. The restaurant was very dirty. Spider webs everywhere. The dirty in the surfaces. The bathroom was so nasty we went to a different store. I dont know why this place wasnt kept up with the food quality went down. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. There was the bartender there before I even started to come to find out she left.( I work here like 8 years ago) I can only imagine what drama she had to go though before leaving. I dont have many pictures bc I was to embarrassed 😔 to take any and really get up front and personal. Please dont waste your money here.

My spouse and I have been PF Chang's customers here for YEARS since it opened. Some of our favorites moments were enjoying food and drink at the bar with the amazing bartender, Jackie.

While my husband was away a week ago, I stopped in and ordered some takeout, having a glass of my favorite wine while waiting (with a new bartender I've never seen before). However, when I got the new "Mongalian Trio" dish home, the rice was overcooked and dried out and the beef in the dish was chewy and inedible, with the shrimp and chicken not much better - I ended up throwing most of the food out.

My husband and I decided to give the place another try and went back last evening. Yet another new bartender, whose attitude could be best described as indifferent, came over, said hello, slapped menus down and walked away without asking us what we'd like to drink and even interfered when another server offered to help. We noticed the new menu did not list wines or prices for wine by the glass like the older menus did - there was only a list of the prices for the half price bottle promotion on Wednesdays on a table sign. Nevertheless, my husband ordered a "tall pour" of one of those wines and I asked for a tall pour of my favorite. The bartender informed me that my wine was not available as a tall pour. I was completely confused since I'd just had it the previous week and pointed that out and that I'd always had it with Jackie. She snapped that Jackie no longer worked there, and when I tried to continue to ask why I couldn't get it, she became surly and really unhelpful. After much confusion and attitude from her, I realized she thought I was ordering one of the sparkling wines, not a glass of non-sparkling, and that my previous favorite was not on the half-price bottle list and was likely no longer available. At that point, I'd had enough of the attitude and combined with my previous experience, my husband and I agreed that this wasn't working for either of us, and we left.

The hostess saw us leaving and asked if there was a problem. I explained briefly what had happened and asked about the menu, and she confirmed that it had been changed. While she was courteous, we simply had no desire to stay and told her so.

This used to be a very good PF Chang's branch, but over the past year, we've notice the food slipping - while the appetizers are still good, the main dishes are either heavily spiced or overcooked in sticky sweet sauces. I first experienced PF Chang's when we lived in NJ years ago - and the current food quality is no longer anywhere near the excellent dishes that were made then. And how do you expect customers to order a glass of wine when you no longer provide a menu and prices? I also realized I didn't recognize any staff in the restaurant anymore, and the restaurant has become understaffed over the past several months. Overall, I hate to lose this restaurant we enjoyed so frequently, but it's not worth another...

I went to this P.F. Chang’s today and I and had the worst possible service. I drove over an hour from Philly to get here and have been here multiple times. Today I waited 45+ minutes for sushi while I watched tables get sat 20 minutes after me and their food came out the same time. I’m not talking salads or little finger foods either. My waiter never came back to check on me not one time, but was constantly at his other tables as I sat there waiting for him to check on me. They also didn’t have one of the items I ordered and I didn’t make a big deal out of switching that item out even though the waiter told me 15mins after I put the order in. I was seated a table with no soy sauce (completely empty). The presentation of the food that came out was messy. The dumplings are usually on a plate in chili sauce sizzling. The plate and food were not hot. And they did not pour the sauce on and only gave me a tiny bit to pour on there myself. I had to ask for more (from the food runner since the waiter never came back. Which also took ten minutes). Usually the dynamite roll would have the shrimp sitting on top of it and instead the shrimp was scattered all around the plate and a mess. I asked for no aioli and it still came out with the spicy aioli on it. And at that point I didn’t have 45 minutes to wait for another one. I will say that I was the only black person in the entire restaurant , on top of not seeing any Black people on their staff working the floor. I’m not sure if that played a factor, but it definitely felt a little funny. The manager, Timothy was apologetic but at that point it didn’t quite matter. I paid my check, since I never intended on getting a free meal and left. I will not be returning to this location ever again. P.F. Chang’s locations are very far and few, so I may not be returning to the...
