I don't visit Starbucks often.. And honestly never will again.
The girl who "greeted me" if one could even call it that, didn't even look up to me while asking "what can I get for you" so I didn't realize she was speaking to me.. And when repeated the second time it was said aggravated and actually embarrassed me with how condescending she sounded. I had difficulty ordering my drink, as I don't visit often and rather than be patient with me, she went to make an entirely different beverage for me than what I asked. (I would take blame for I didn't order as I should .. But the other girl working caught on to the girl making it wrong and corrected her, so I'm assuming I must not have made any mistakes) ..
Upon cashing me out, she was so so so rude, did not look at me once, asked me if i wanted anything else at the same time I was asking for it, and then repeated herself over me AGAIN as I was trying to give her my second order.
I left feeling anxious and embarrassed with how rudely I was treated and will never go back because of this one girl. She was short, with glasses that had blue arms/stems.
I wouldn't judge so harshly however I work 40-50 hours a week in a cafe that sells many specialty coffees and snacks as does Starbucks.. And would NEVER dream to treat my customers...

Itâs luxury even to go out for tea as a new mom so I donât enjoy poor service or even poorer presentation of my tea Starbucks is...
Read moreI go to this Starbucks Drive-Thru every morning on the way to work. Things had been going quite well but for the past week or so the drive-thru line has been getting slower and slower. This morning, it was pouring so I left extra early. I had to wait in line for almost 10 minutes (there was ONE car in front of me). There were four people working but only one on the window and there were no customers in line in the store. It's lovely that they all had made it to work and could take their time but the bottom line is that I was ten minutes late for work. Let's go back to the swift service this place used to offer or put someone with a little more customer care back...
