6/29/24 7:30 PM: My 9 yr old wanted to treat us and so we went to a place of his choice which was bubble tea. We ordered 3 regular and 1 large bubble tea. As soon as the order was taken, she went inside and there was no mention of it being a tea without boba. Even the kids can corroborate my statement. The tea came with no boba. When I asked for boba, the associate who took the order said she can do nothing about it. I also told her this is a bubble tea shop and how can the tea have no boba? for which there was no answer. I left the teas at their desk and told them they take care of it. I then walked towards the order taking counter and raised a complaint, at which point, the associate, who took our order, came and said she asked if I needed boba and said I didn’t acknowledge it. There was another associate who said she heard the one, who took our order, ask about boba too. Then I asked if I said no for boba for which silence was the only answer. They closed the shop and went home without providing a refund or adding boba. The teas I left at the desk were thrown into trash as well.
It not only cost me money but also ruined my son’s treat to us for his becoming camper of the week.
I left a voice mail to the manager (Ashley F), with the compliant. Let’s see if they do anything. Attached my order in the photo.
7/9/2024 : UPDATE : I initiated a dispute for the charge, after it appeared in my card, through my bank and got the money refunded today.

Read more3:50 on Saturday 4/27, No one at the counter, 3 young kids running the place behind the wall chatting, meanwhile theres a long line. Finally the boy comes to take my order, does not say hello, sorry about the wait, nothing. I tell him regularly strawberry tea with strawberry popping bubbles. I get my receipt. I wait for a looonnngg time, he sets a green drink with different colored jellies on the counter and points at me. I tell him that's not mine, then wait another loonnnggg time for him to correct my order, hands me the strawberry tea, counter 3 bubbles in it. I paid extra for. I've gotten this same drink for 2 years. No apologies for the wait, incorrect drink, no bubbles etc. The girl comes to the front, shakes it, sees there are no bubbles, says ohhhh, goes back and adds bubbles, sets it on the counter and takes off. Meanwhile 4 others, apparently who were there friends and all were giving each other fist bumps got there drinks. The service was TERRIBLE, they need customer service training.
