Graeter's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Washington Township

I was out walking and felt my blood sugar drop. Graeters was there but I didn't have a mask. They were not even open yet so I waited till it opened and I was the only person there but they would not let me in even if I covered my face in my shirt. I explained my sugar dropped and needed something to bring it back up so I could walk back home. 'Nope' was the answer given to me by the employee. I was shaking and waited for someone else to come by at least 45 minutes outside to get someone else to go in and buy something so I could walk back home. I live very close and visit here a lot, but today I wanted to try the "Cheesecrown" limited edition ice cream, and it is so good. I asked for it to be made into a drinkable shake, and she did a great job, perfect flavor and drinkable. You can either eat inside or go outside, and there are about 4 benches to sit out, especially if it's a nice day. The customer service is incredible every time I visit. Always a smile and a greeting followed by some delicious samples. Ice cream was just ok. New in town and wanted to try it since the reviews were so good. The one young man was rushing me through when I was just trying to see what they had.
