(No I do not work at this particular store, never have) but overall way better than most, some days you get the awesome crew, talkative to the customer, smiles, hot food, then other days you get the mediocre crew, withdrawn, like a robot, food is OK though either way that I have had so far and always fast. The restaurant is always clean when I go. You can't down a place over a few employees though and no job baby sits the entire crew 24/7 to make sure they are doing everything right all the time. No one is perfect and some ppl need to get their heads out of their @$$ , it's McDonald's, you want 5 star service, go to a 5 star restaurant and pay 5 star prices, otherwise go to a cheap restaurant because you can't afford what your wanting and get over yourself. Some people don't understand that every single item on the menu cannot be fully stocked all day long. Every food item has a timer, and those timers are usually 15 minutes or less. Can you imagine how much food would be thrown away if they kept them full all day so it could be fresh and hot every time you decide to go?!?! Then they would have to raise prices to compensate for the loss in waste..... So it's slow time now, only keeping up 4 quarter pounders at a time to reduce waste, someone before you just ordered all 4 of them, you order one and can't understand why you have to wait for it? But then on a another day, those 4 quarters don't sell at all. It's hard to predict these situations. That's what's wrong with America today. Do you know how much food is wasted every day, just so you can have your comfort of "I want it now!" ?? Slow down, take a breather, be kind to people, maybe you would get better service. You go to stressing people over a few extra minutes, that's what happens, you get exactly what you asked for. Rudeness, rushing, and pure spoiled brats get exactly what they give in return. Vent over now but seriously, this one clearly does a lot better than...
Read moreI considered giving 3 stars, but honestly the food was good and that's the most important thing. The burgers were well put together (not sloppy) like someone in the back actually cared what they looked like and I didn't have to rearrange my toppings. The fries were cooked well done and crispy, honestly the best I've had from a McDonald's in a while. We sat at 1 of the only 2 clean tables in the entire place. At the time we sat down there were no other customers there so I have no idea when they last came through to wipe anything down. I can excuse it though, noticing they were clearly understaffed (which ultimately made the food quality even more impressive). They called out our number, my husband and I went up to get the food for our family and we were missing some BBQ glazed tenders (we'd ordered 1 order of plain and 1 order of BBQ). So my husband went back up and asked for the missing BBQ glazed tenders. They told us "no, you only got 1". A bit confused we double checked our reciept to make sure we purchased 2. We had. My husband brought the receipt up and referenced that we bought 2 orders and they responded with "we don't have any". So...you don't have something in stock and instead of telling the customer when the order came up to be made or even when the rest of their order is ready, you ignore it and what...hope they don't notice they're missing food? They didn't ask what we want instead nor offered a refund. Ultimately it turned out they had tenders, just apparently no BBQ glaze. I don't know why that was complicated to explain to a customer. It was fine with me to dip my plain tenders in a cup of BBQ, which I did. All they had to do was communicate. This wasn't the worst experience, but really annoying that there was no intent on ensuring we recieved our full order without customer intervention. Overall, I would still come back if in the area, but I'll go in with an expectation of good food quality and subpar...
Read moreFirst of all, I never go to this place, and my first time and the last, I ordered my food, I get to the window and the woman who opens it tells me to go to the second window, but at the same time yelling at someone else to help explain to me why because according to her I don't speak English, how does she know that I don't speak it .. if I couldn't even answer her because she didn't give me time because she was all hysterical, and another person arrives and tells me that she is married With a Hispanic that doesn't matter to me, he tells me to go to the second window, that this time I wouldn't pay for my order because the system didn't work and I told him ... wait I brought cash, I paid for my order and I told the man that I worked in a McDonald's, Wendy's, Arbys, a long time ago and I know what it is that the system doesn't work and I never misbehave with any client. I'm Hispanic and clearly I felt discriminated against only for my appearance .... That made her think that I wouldn't understand her, because I'm Hispanic, wooow .... Her name is Odre I think that's what they told me, the girls in the next window were very kind and offered me cookies or something to make my stay better, but I didn't want anything, I thank you, the only thing if they are going to have a person like that in a store, better put her where she doesn't give bad customer service, that's why she does her job...
