I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Bob Evans on 4/16 @ 11:00 My family and I arrived at the restaurant and were seated twenty minutes later which was fine. However, we waited over 15 minutes for our server to come to our table. When she finally did, she was very rude and dismissive. She took our drink orders and then disappeared for another 15 minutes. When she finally returned with our drinks, she told us that our food would be out shortly. However, we waited another 30 minutes before our food arrived. By that time, we were all very hungry and frustrated. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and not cooked to our liking. We asked our server to send it back, but she just shrugged and said, "Fine." We waited another 15 minutes for our food to be reheated and brought back to us. By that time, we were all ready to leave. We told our server that we were going to go, and she didn't even seem to care. We were very disappointed with the service we received at Bob Evans. We will not be returning. Our server was rude and dismissive. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. Our food was cold and not cooked to our liking. Our server didn't seem to care that we were leaving.
We hope that Bob Evans will take our feedback seriously and improve their service...

I just walked into the Bob Evans across from the Tuttle Mall in Dublin, OH for lunch as it was 12:25 I thought they might be busy with the cars in the parking lot. I walk in and much to my surprise there’s no line at the hostess stand... Great! Then I quickly realize that there’s no one at the hostess stand either! So I make sure to position myself closer to the register but not right up to it so someone would notice me. A customer was sitting waiting for a to go order and the manager was running back and forth behind the counter pulling that order together. I tried making eye contact just to ensure my presence was at least acknowledged while so wait, which I had no problem waiting to be seated. The manager continued for what seemed to be an eternity and never greeted me, never looked st me, never acknowledged my presence at all which would’ve taken just a glance... NOTHING!! Not one employee acknowledged me either so so turned around after ten minutes and went to PF Chang’s for lunch!! It’s a shame that this was a total miss on the basics with customer service and just plain human interaction!! I wish I could not give any stars for this...

Loretta Pack is the most racist person I’ve met. I have seen it on hand as I am African American . This store needs to be shutdown until it is under new management. Loretta Pack reused spoiled food to serve to the public. Ms. PACK uses her bare hands to distribute food before it is placed into the servers hands to be delivered to the customer. Loretta Pack allows her current employees to do the same thing. The fryers are never cleaned as she is very unsanitary. Loretta Pack does not deserve to supply anything to the Public as it is a volition of public health safety . Loretta Pack allows her drug using employees to not wash their hands after smoke breaks or even when they are starting there shift. Sara Marshal was one of these employees ms Loretta Pack allowed to do this horrible things. Sticking her finger in guests drinks and food before delivering to tables.
