Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Washington Township

Just went to this place. Paid for my food. Got home and there was no sandwich, but I got the fries. Ordered shrimp and got no cocktail sauce. Had to wait 3 minutes on 2 Dr. Peppers. With orange soda all over the cups. Called their number. Naturally they did not answer. So glad they put a Popeye's close. Third trip with missing or incorrect food. Wish they would not have opened the store there. Popeye's tastes great. Constant disappointment tastes bitter. Not even sure making the long trip to the better restaurant is even worth it anymore. I advise to sit at the window and check everything in every bag before pulling away.

Edit: Finally got through on the phone, told the person what happened and got a very loud "Well what do you want ME to do about it?"

I am going to tell everyone in the big building right down the road where I work about my experience. Maybe with fewer customers they will be able to pay attention to the orders and not be so stressed that they yell at their customers...

Ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich meal and blackened chicken strips. Got told to roll up to the trash can to wait for my order. Waited 15 minutes in my car before I walked in and was assured that the chicken would be out shortly, honest mistake was made in the kitchen. That's fine, I understand, and they offer a pie for my troubles. I assure them that's not necessary, I'm just glad they didn't forget about me. Unfortunately when they finally brought the food out, they had forgotten the spicy chicken sandwich. They did put the pie in anyway, and some Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes for free, which was a kind gesture, but I was mostly there for the sandwich. I didn't feel like waiting again, so I left without comment. The servers were all very kind the whole time, I think somebody new may have been training there as there was a VERY long line for 2 PM, so I don't think it's an endemic problem with the restaurant, but be wary of visiting...

I recently visited Popeyes and had an exceptional experience. The manager on duty was absolutely fantastic. She generously offered discounts to everyone who was there at the time, which was a delightful surprise and greatly appreciated by all of us. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable.

I was having trouble redeeming a code from the app, and she went out of her way to assist me with the process. Her patience and willingness to help really stood out and showed her commitment to excellent customer service. Although I don’t remember her name, she knows who she is, and her outstanding service made a significant impact on my experience.
