We ordered food ahead of time on the app. We got here about 4 minutes before our scheduled pick up time. There were no cars in the drive through so we went through there. Now mind you, if we had pulled up to the speaker and ordered, they would have started our food and had it to us at the window. Instead he told us they were working on our food and we could come to the window and he would tell us where to park and he would bring it out. So we did It is now 15 minutes past our scheduled pick up time and we have watched at least 6 cars go through, order food, pay for it and leave. My husband has gone inside to track down our food. Note to self 1. Do NOT think you will save time by ordering ahead, 2. Do not expect logic or efficiency. They could have started our order when we were at the speaker and we would have been home by now. UPDATE- once my husband went inside they told him the had been out of ingredients for the green bean meal since this morning. Did they tell us on the app? No. At the speaker? No. At the window? No. After they told us where to park? No. Their policy is to wait until the customer comes in so they can substitute...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Panda Express location. When I went through the drive-thru, I asked the employee a simple question about the menu, and her response was, "It’s on the screen in front of you," in a dismissive tone. I felt rushed and ended up ordering something I wasn’t even sure I wanted.
When I got to the window, the same employee had a noticeably rude attitude. She snatched my debit card out of my hand without a word and made the interaction feel very uncomfortable. On top of that, the food I received was not flavorful or fresh.
I called the store to share my concerns with a manager, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, I was told, "Okay, thanks for letting us know. I’ll talk to her to see if that’s just her personality." That response was incredibly disappointing. It felt like the manager wasn’t taking the issue seriously and was more interested in excusing the behavior than addressing it.
Customer service should be a priority, and employees who interact with guests should be respectful and professional. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to...
Read moreI dined in on 10/1/25 for dinner, and once again, the service was terrible. Aaron, Crymson, and Aiden continuously display an astonishing lack of professionalism. Rather than attending to guests, they choose to loiter, gossip, and amuse themselves, all while exuding visible irritation toward customers. Their dismissive demeanor makes it painfully clear they have no interest in providing even the most basic standard of hospitality.
This is the third occasion I’ve encountered this same group, and each experience has been equally unpleasant. It is both unwelcoming and insulting to be treated as though your presence is a burden. If these employees are so profoundly disinterested in their roles, they should reconsider working in customer service altogether. The management at this location desperately needs to hold them accountable. Until then, I would strongly advise others to take their...
