I am posting this because so come here 2-3 times a week and Bibibop is one of my favorite places. The team here is awesome, has been for a long time. Once is a while I come in and there is what I assume to be a regional manager of some sort sitting in the center of the restaurant and working on a laptop. It’s difficult to explain without putting it into words, but this person is very off-putting in the way that they immediately make me feel uncomfortable. The employees are uncomfortable with you around and it shows, and i can tell by the way you shout, ‘welcome to Bibibop’ that you’re doing it in a pseudo-reprimanding way because the others are saying it at a normal tone. Let the employees do their jobs and stop monitoring them on some weird power trip. Monitor foot traffic and sales patterns for labor costs-fine. I don’t know why every district manager in the food service industry does this to some degree, but the next time I go in and feel that power trip type of a feeling, I’m going next door and/or to another location. The bowls are not even 2/3 of the way full whenever she is in; everyone is scared to get reprimanded for giving an adequate...
Read morePlaced an online order for pickup, when I got there I saw maybe 5 bags sitting on the pick up counter so I went to see if one was mine. They were all turned to face behind the counter so I had to turn them around to see the names. I was stopped by an employee and asked what name I was looking for. I told him and he said hold on. I took a seat and waited 15 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready before getting upset because I don't have that long to wait. I got in line to ask if my order was ready or when it would be, he goes to the counter and grabs it because it was there the whole time. Had he let me check the names on the bag I could've gotten my food while it was hot and had time to eat it before rushing back to work. Seriously nonsense in this day and age to make an employee check the names on the bags for pick up especially when they're busy or not...
Read moreWas passing by when I noticed this place and decided to give it a try. The exterior is bright and clean which is what drew my eyes to the place. Has a Chipotle esk style of ordering " build your own bowl". My mom got the glass noodles with chicken and yum yum sauce, and I got the white rice with corn, potato, steak, and teriyaki sauce bowl. I liked my order completely, good moisture and flavoring on the meat, and all the ingredients were noticeably fresh. Mom liked the yum yum sauce, and she liked the noodles, but she said they needed some type of liquid like broth for her to really like the noodles. Price felt kinda expensive, but honestly all of the build your bowl places are like 10-12$ so it wasn't bad. I'd say if your looking for more healthy options, this is...
