First time coming to this location and last. To start off, as a first time customer the “order” location is quite hidden. When you order the girl gave no details on what needed to be done. Aka I ordered my sub and walked away thinking that was it. I got called back three separate times to tell them what kind of bread, toppings, and if I needed anything else. How is nobody trained to run a customer down the line. My wife ordered a sandwich with avocado and that wasn’t even on it. That was a main part of the sandwich. How do you forget it? The bread was burnt, the flavor was blasted with “Italian” seasoning like COVERED. My favorite was listening to the employees talk crap behind the table “because I didn’t know how to order and I was (weird)” how about to teach your employees how to speak to customers and make it an enjoyable time. WOW!! Fantastic service! Catering to 500+ people is no easy feat, but Justin and his team at the Dublin Potbelly hit it out of the park! Our company also serves people so I understand the headache that comes with customer satisfaction and a quality product so I was pleased that Potbelly was able to do both of those things for myself and my colleagues. Justin in particular was SO easy to work with and was willing to come in and deliver to our 3rd shift which is not something many restaurants are willing to do. The restaurant business and my own company has seen some trying times with COVID, so we were glad to support Dublin Potbelly and for us to have their food during Lab Week 2022! The sandwich shoppe where Subways customization, fresh meats from Jimmy John's, meats (no bun intended) a more modern and more tasteful Sub experience.

Might I add, if YOU add bacon, it certainly tastes better than poorly microwaved bacon you find at most other sub joints.

AND for only $1 you can get an entire pickle to go with your sub. If you're a pickle fan like I am. You'll want to give up those 4 extra quarters.

The sides are just as good as home too, might I suggest your own mother's potato salad or macaroni salad? Someone definitely got grandmas recipe.
