This was my first time trying Andy’s Pizza. I’ve seen it when I have been in Western Market, but hadn’t been in the mood for pizza during those visits. Glad to say that changed. A few things about Andy’s Pizza in Western Market. 1) Their pizzas not only look delicious, but they taste delicious as well. Although pepperoni is my go-to choice, I wanted to try something different, so I chose a slice of the mushroom & onion pizza, which they promptly placed in their oven to heat up, even though I was doing take out. I was too full to eat it then and there, so I had to take it home for later. While the pizza slice was still good, I know it would’ve been better to eat it when it was first heated. 2) Andy’s Pizza has received some good press from The Washingtonian. You’ll notice articles placed throughout the shop. 3) the sleeper hit in addition to the pizza? The teas! I find myself pleasantly surprised and drawn to try the teas @ Andy’s Pizza! Their passion fruit green tea was quite memorable and tasty! This plastic container half filled with two lemon halves doesn’t look appealing, but once they add sparkling or still water to it! Next level. You can also make it a cocktail by adding gin or vodka. There are several drink options available including wine and beer. 4) There is also plenty of seating right in front of Andy’s and inside there’s a small bar and another seating area. It’s very pub-like. My one regret is not getting a second slice of pizza, the white pizza looked very good; and a second container of that passion fruit green tea! I’m sure that I’ll have Andy’s Pizza and passion fruit green tea again. Definitely check out Andy’s Pizza if you’re in Western Market. There are also other Andy’s Pizza locations throughout the DC area.

Andy’s Pizza in Foggy Bottom’s Western Market is a solid pizza spot. The location is super convenient and accessible for those in the area. I don’t think Andy’s would warrant a special visit, but it’s worth the money. The pizzas aren’t spectacular but at a great price ($4.5-$7) and they have several other food options, like salads, wings, vegetables, etc. See my pictures for their menu. We tried their Old Bay fries and really enjoyed them. The staff is wonderful and very charming. Andy’s also sells wine bottles and a wide range of beer. I wish they had more non alcoholic specialty sodas/drinks to offer. Also to note is that the wine bottles are pretty expensive. For example, we grabbed the cheapest bottle at $15. It was a Vis a Vie cab that is normally $9. I don’t think this is outrageous but expect most decent wine bottles to start at $30+. Andy’s also has a bar in the back. It looks cool. I know I’ll be back for their specials. For example, on Mondays, if you buy a drink at the bar, you get two free pizza slices. I’m hopefully that Andy’s will survive and stay busy in Western Market!

I can’t say enough good things about Andy’s Pizza and specifically this location. Andy’s Pizza is consistently the best quality pizza whether I grab a slice quickly before a game in Navy Yard or before a concert in Shaw or tonight in Foggy Bottom when I came in for a pie so I’d have leftovers for my Thanksgiving dinner. The staff is always SO kind every time I stop in. Tonight was my first time dining in and I will definitely find myself doing this more often. My pizza was prepared and cooked to perfection and when the beer I ordered on draft was out I was happily substituted a great beer from their canned to go selection. The music tonight was also so great. As excited as I am for Andy’s to be opening in Arlington, this location is my favorite. Shout out to the manager for indulging in all my questions and making it a great experience. I’m bummed he won’t be managing the Arlington location, but I look forward to coming back to the Foggy Bottom location often.

As a student local to the area, I was looking forward to trying Andy's Pizza as their storefront and food seemed exciting and classic! However, my expectations were surprisingly undermet. I decided to get a slice of sausage and pepperoni pizza, it looked so good. When the server grabbed my pizza to reheat it, she was tearing it from the pizza and couldn't seem to get the slice off. The cheese and toppings were falling off my slice and it looked disheveled. I was sure she was going to grab a different slice because it was torn up and deformed, but she used that one, a poor attention to what the customer deserves, especially given what I was about to pay. The pizza was done reheating and I was expecting to pay the typical slice price of $3.50, but I get rung up, and the slice, albeit already disheveled but also small, comes out to $7.70. I left Andy's Pizza, ate the slice in (I'm not even exaggerating) 4-5 bites, and was down practically $8 as a college student trying to get dinner. The pizza was not bad, but there's nothing more I hate than getting ripped off, and I wouldn't pay more than $4 for this slice. I think it's the fault of the employees for having little regard for offering something of value given the high prices of the pizza. Andy's Pizza is no more than a vintagely-marketed pizza shop with ridiculous prices, workers that don't really care about the value you get, and only deserves a visit if you want some good pizza with absolutely zero concern for the value of...

We recently ordered several pizzas for a work function from Andy's Pizza for delivery, and our experience was very positive despite a delivery issue.

Pros: •Exceptional Customer Service: The staff exhibited amazing patience and assistance as we navigated the menu. They were accommodating with our specific requests, displaying professionalism throughout the entire process. •Outstanding Pizza Quality: The pizzas not only lived up to their reputation but exceeded our expectations in terms of taste and quality. •Timely Delivery: Despite an issue with the delivery process, the pizzas were delivered on time, ensuring our event proceeded smoothly. •Effective Issue Resolution: When I reported the delivery issue, Andy’s Pizza promptly addressed it with a positive resolution, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Cons: • Delivery Issue: Andy’s pizza uses delivery services (not responsible for the delivery process). We encountered an issue that was a result of delivery. However, it was quickly resolved by the team at Andy's Pizza and did not detract from our overall great experience.

Conclusion: We extend our sincere appreciation to Andy’s Pizza for their invaluable contribution to our event. Their exemplary service and exceptional pizza will ensure we will be using them again in the future. Thank you for the...
