There's almost two many options here! The combinations of the different bagel options and other dishes seems endless. I made the hard decision to sample (just) two items this first visit: Hey Y'all... It's a BLT (pimento cheese (cream cheese whipped with roasted red peppers, shredded cheddar, spices), bacon, lettuce, tomato) - did this one on an Everything bagel. Bacon was hearty and crispy, very tasty. All the other ingredients were fresh. The pimento cheese was the differentiator in this BLT though, couldn't beat the flavor with the bacon and the bagel in that first bite! Highly recommended. The Well-Dressed Reuben (house cured & smoked (pastrami served hot w/ sauerkraut, swiss cheese, russian dressing, a touch of "turnpiked garlic butter") - also on a Everything bagel. The pastrami is king. Really good quality meat. Splendid bagel sandwich. Definitely want to return and try more options here. Service was fine, not super friendly but no complaints. Love that you can enjoy lovely patio seating outside during beautiful spring weather like right now.

The food was decent, but the experience… not so much. My friend and I ordered breakfast using their self-serve screen, thinking we could sit at the counter like everyone else. The place wasn’t crowded, so we grabbed a couple of seats to wait. Turns out, when you order through the screen, it’s automatically to-go — which no one told us. We only found out when they handed us our food in paper bags and said we couldn’t eat there. They didn’t offer to plate the food or let us stay. We were just told to leave — sandwiches in hand — and the worst part? I had already tipped for service that basically didn’t exist. Honestly, it left a bad taste. Not because of the food, but because of how we were treated. Just a little heads-up for fellow travelers: if you’re planning to eat there, don’t use the screen — and maybe hold off on tipping until you know what kind of service you’re getting Update: Thank you for taking the time to respond. I just wanted to clarify that we weren’t trying to be disrespectful at all (we truly thought there was no issue). At no point were we told there was a waitlist for the counter seats, and we didn’t see any signs that clearly explained the ordering and seating policy. Had someone kindly explained that there was a waitlist and that our order was considered to-go because of how we placed it, we would have completely understood and adjusted without a problem. As a first-time visitor, I believe clear communication and kind service make all the difference. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and I have to say — your response here reflects the same tone we felt during our visit. This review is simply my personal experience, I sincerely hope that future guests are met with more warmth and clarity.

Ordered from here last night! Got a toasted garlic bagel with scrambled egg and fresh jalapenos + their beet horseradish spread. I'm actually not too familiar with the taste of horseradish. I'm *very* allergic to mustard so always thought it was associated but really only learned this past year I can have horseradish. So I can't really comment on it because I don't really have a basis of comparison or understanding with it, but I enjoyed the shmear. Also, the jalapenos were legit fresh cut. Not sad limp watery ones. I don't think the scrambled eggs were the best combo but that's my fault and not theirs haha! Garlic on the bagel was great. Nice toasted pieces, good bagel and good price. Would gladly order from here again

Very tasty, but have to take off a star because the fried egg on our breakfast bandito was very undercooked (tough to tell in the picture but there was some raw egg white on there) and that’s really unacceptable given the salmonella risk. Other than that the breakfast bandito would have been 5 stars because the pork was perfectly cooked, and the peppers, cheese and bagel were all very tasty. We also went back and ordered the curry chicken salad and the sausage, egg & cheese. The chicken salad was tasty but not quite as meaty as I hoped. The sausage, egg and cheese was simple but very good and a better bargain. Fortunately the scrambled eggs were cooked fully.

Pros: Great tasting - No joke! Dirty in a great way, as in food dripping, wrap hugging cheese all over your mouth, etc. Great alcohol options and juices, etc Cons: Quite Expensive. In my experience , just for 2 small bagels with few addons and drinks shouldn’t be over $50. 3mins and all gone and I’m still hungry. A sit down restaurant for such a price could get you filled up with great food as well. Summary: For the taste, great options and great ambience and food, if you dont mind the expense, then this is an awesome place for you. Our service took about 20 mins to be handed to us ( not bad, especially depending on amt of orders)

Visited this location on a Saturday mid morning- the bagels were delicious, menu was very extensive - there’s something for everyone liking or you may create your own sandwich..I had a sausage and cheese on an everything bagel - bagels are large; was able to only eat half at the restaurant and took the other half to go! Pretty reasonable prices for the amount and quality of the bagels! Next you’re at Union Market - you must visit!!
