Dunkin' — Restaurant in Washington

Have been coming to this Dunkin since it opened as I work close by, but it is always a hit or miss. The previous management and group of ladies were great always friendly and your order was always there ready if ordered online and correct. With the new management your lucky to have your mobile order ready or even able to order online and most of the time my order is incorrect.

Make sure to check your order because it most likely will either be missing something or completely wrong from what you asked for. I ordered a plain bagel with egg, cheese and sausage and got a croissant and was over cooked. So much for having a breakfast. Very disappointing. 🍩☕

The inside is not so appealing and could use some pick me up decor to make the shop more welcoming, there are no tables or chairs if you want to eat in or to wait for your order. It's nice when you have staff that remember you and your order as it really makes for great customer service, new staff and management are not that polite or friendly.

I’m usually a die-hard Starbucks girl, but I was desperate for caffeine and passed a Dunkin’—so I popped in. I wasn’t expecting such a compact location, especially being right next to the American Red Cross building.

This morning, they were out of quite a few items. The employee explained that the manager had stepped out to grab more supplies and would be back soon. Fortunately, I was just after a plain coffee, so the lack of almond milk wasn’t a dealbreaker.

Despite the pressure, the employee behind the counter handled everything like a pro—visibly stressed but still calm, courteous, and professional. Honestly, what impressed me most was how chill the other customers were. No drama, no complaints—just patient folks waiting for their morning fix.

Ever since they changed the staff, they've been a complete mess. They just lied to me about their toaster not working while they were laughing and joking behind the counter. Afterwards, a manager just came out a few minutes later to toast a croissant and it magically works again! Also, they don't even know where to find their own stock. They've been saying they've been out of croissants all week only to have the manager magically pull a box of them from nowhere. And even if they were out at some point, NO one would ever know because the mobile store is NEVER updated anymore. This place was 10x better when Holly and the other employees still worked there. I used to come here for breakfast quite literally every workday for the great service, but they're just a waste of my time and money now that they're full of...
