Update: Jan. 1, 2024, we were able to go in and have lunch. That was nice. The food was decent fast food burger.
Update: 3/27/2021 - we were coming back into town from a long drive and decided to stop by Jack in the box so we ordered ahead on the app at 9:37 pm. You have 5-7 min when you select prepare food to pick it up. So literally we selected prepare as we were driving we were 5 min away. It clearly stated on the website and Google ma that they are open until 12 am/midnight. Yum! Jack in the box, here we come, we place our order on the app, arrive and see that lights are out, and the drive-thru is blocked with cones. So our order had not yet gone entirely through, so we thought okay weird says open, but they are closed and order didn't yet go through guess they are closed. We drove off and went across the street where a food joint was open.
Well...glad my husband looked again, while we were in line at a different fast food restaurant, at the jack in the box app after we double checked hours online again and attempted to call he noticed the order went through. So we decided to head back over to Jack in the box, and since they weren't answering the phone, he tried the doors, doors were locked. My husband came back to the car, and he tried calling again. At that time one of the employees came out and asked if we had a mobile order, we confirmed yes and the employee asked what kind of sauce and he said the soda machine was shut down but offered a bottled water or coffee. We decided on coffee, the employee went back in and packed our order, and then another employee came out, bringing us our meal, sandwich, and the drink.
My husband asked why the drive-thru was blocked since they showed (online and in Google maps) open until midnight, and the employee said they close at 10:00 pm due to Covid. The employee was pleasant, and the food was cooked well. All of the items we ordered were in the meal minus the drink. However, they had shut down and cleaned the soda machine.
It might be a good idea for this franchise/company to update their online information. A couple of other vehicles also drove by thinking the drive-thru was open. If it weren't for the nice customer service, I could say without a doubt my husband and I would have been put out. Paying for a meal ahead of time and establishment not open, which was contradictory of online information. The drive-thru should have been open until 10:00pm.

The guy taking the order had a VERY difficult time understanding my order he did ask if everything looked OK on the screen and I did say "I think so" as there was a glare on the screen and it was hard to see. I pulled up to the window to pay and was handed straws and told to pull around front and they would bring it out. After a few min 2 more cars that had been in the drive thru pulled up next to me to wait for their food aswell. Then a girl comes out with bags of food calling out in Spanish. She walks to the truck parked in the furthest spot and repeats the numbers in Spanish. The gentleman in that truck didn't understand her so he showed her his receipt and she shook her head. Then approached my vehicle and says the numbers in Spanish again. So I show her my receipt and she hands me the food. I tell her I didn't get my drinks and she responds "no hablas English" and walks away. At this point I had already been waiting 10 min. I decide to check my bags to make sure the order was right. It was not. So I take the order inside and the guy who took the order gets mad at me saying I told him everything was right. Now, I will reiterate it was hard to see the screen but I repeated my order several times. It's not my fault the gentleman had a hard time understanding basic English that is required to work in a fast food establishment. Then I told him I also didn't get my drinks to which he replied "you drive away"... (he told me to wait out front!) I wish this was where it ended but its not. While I waited for them to correct my order another drive thru customer comes storming in yelling that his food was incorrect aswell! By the time they correct med the order the food that was correct was cold but I was on a lunch break and had to get back to work. Read moreI have never been treated so disrespected going through a drive-thru. We pulled up and we're looking at the breakfast menu and within 10 seconds. Somebody asked us what we wanted Which is normal and I said hi can you give us just a couple minutes so we can decide. Then 30 seconds later the manager comes back on and says have you decided yet? And I politely again say can you please give us a minute. We had 5 people in the car two of them 8 and 10. And he proceeded to say if you have a problem with the menu then just come inside. I said we don't have a problem just trying to figure out what we want. And the manager said you're taking to long and you're creating a line. Sir the 2 cars behind me are with me. We're on a road trip s can you please just give us a a minute but he preceded to be irritated with us but didn't realize that his interruptions were making us take longer for us to decide. We decided as we pulled up and after we paid he still had an attitude and made us go wait out front for our food and my family that was behind me said he was walking away shaking his head in disgust after giving us the bag of food. I'm not sure what we did to warrant this level of disrespect, but we will not be going there again. Nor will the other families that were with us....
