On this day 2 years ago I got married, our reception was so busy with people greeting us and wanting to take pictures that by the time it was over, my new husband (at that time) and I while headed to our hotel realized we had not eaten a thing. Tired from the whole weekend we decided to stop into Jersey Mikes in Washington NC, me still in my wedding dress (him holding my train) him still in his tux minus the jacket! Upon walking in some people were asking did we just come from a dance and were like no “We just got married”. The gentleman behind the counter then asked politely, and you guys are eating here! We explained to him the events of the day and he then said “Choose whatever you like you’d meal is on me tonight”! My husband and I were so humbly blessed and pleased! We eat there every year on this day just as tradition 😊! I found out the gentleman’s name some months back and couldn’t wait to do a review, he is the manager and his name is Daniel Saab! He was polite and when I told the story to a worker there a few months back he said yes I remember that, that was me, my heart melted. My husband and I will forever remember that night and how Mr. Saab made it that much more special for us, because we...
Read moreWe have ordered from this location many times and never had anything but positive to say from the great service, accurate and well assembled food, to store cleanliness. Unfortunately today we had a horrible experience. We ordered 4 items and 3 out of 4 were incorrect. My Sub Club wrap had no meat. Our Sub Club on wheat also came as a wrap with wrong toppings. The Tuna sub in a tub had a tablespoon of tuna under the salad. Normally there is a generous scoop of tuna on top of the salad. We politely called and explained our trouble, only asking for the tuna sub to be remade. The girl on the phone was apologetic, but upon arrival for the new salad we were told they made no mistakes, there is clearly tuna at the bottom and they refused to replace it or make any effort to make amends. I"m including pictures we took upon receipt of our food. As stated, this is the first time we had a negative experience, but the guy at the counter when we went back prompted...
Read moreStaff are mostly friendly, food is 4-5 star for a sub shop, but the confusion is unbearable. God forbid you have to ask for your credit card receipt. And why do certain sandwiches (nothing fancy) seem to take three times as long as others (to be brought from the back? Here's what would fix this: someone from corporate needs to stop in unidentified, order a buffalo chicken (or some other sandwich that has to be prepared behind the wall instead of at the counter like most others) and then realize that you won't receive a credit card receipt, and ask for one, then watch the the chaos ensue while you wait 10 minutes on your order (not knowing whether to stand in the middle of the order line, or to go find a seat, hoping they won't mix up your sandwich with someone else's (this happened, but the patron behind me caught the mixup and they...
