AS A HUMAN, PLUS BEING BLACK, IM NOT UNDERSTANDING WHY THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS IMMIGRANTS WORKING, MAKING THEM FEEL SUPERIOR. I WALK IN TO USE THE BATHROOM LIKE ANY OTHET PLACE ,NOONES CARES SURE GO AHEAD,....BUT NO YOU HAVE TWO IMMIGRANT LADIES ONE SO CALLED WANNBE MANAGER, AND THE OTHER HER PUPPET!! CLEARLY!! SO THE SOCALLED MANAGER SAYS YOU GOTTA BUY SOMETHING NO WE DONT HAVE ANYTHING FOR CHEAP... SO I SAY GRAB A COOKIE SHE SAYS SHRUGGING HER SHOULDERS WHICH ONES... CLEARLY IM TRYING TO USE THE BATHROOM SO IT DOESN'T MATTER... BY TIME THE TRANSACTION WAS NEAR OVER, THE OTHER IMMIGRANT TELL ME THE CODE TO THE BATHROOM,... WITHOUT ME PAYING.. LONG STORY SHORT.. DONT HIRE RATCHET MIGOS TO WORK IN A ESTABLISHMENT TRYING TOO FOLLOW RULES LIKE THEY CARE ABOUT THEM. AND THE IMMIGRANT DOING THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF HER JOB DUTY WHICH IS CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Please teach your staff not only how to make sandwiches but also how to understand what professionalism looks like. I was told my order would be ready in 5–6 minutes – at a place that supposedly specializes in fresh, ready-to-go sandwiches – yet I waited 13 minutes. When I asked about it, the response I got was: “If you want, you can just leave the order, another driver will pick it up.”

They weren’t even embarrassed to say it. I drove here for 5 km, waited inside for 13 minutes, wasted a total of 20 minutes of my time, and gained absolutely nothing. Meanwhile, the employee happily collected their hourly wage without issue. I already wasn’t planning to return, but now I never will.

If you don’t want to wait 45 minutes for a sandwich from a place whose sole business is selling ready-made sandwiches, do yourself a favor and...

Blanca the manager or whomever she is is very rude ! I work across the street my staff always gets coffee or breakfast from them. So I decided to check them out and was told to ask for her she would be nice because of where I worked ! Which was a horrible idea I got 2 drinks she came with one and asked if I had 3 drinks I told her no I only have 2, She begin to scream at me, her cashier told her no I only had 2 but she went on to say “that’s what I asked you! That’s what I asked you!” Repeatedly which was very uncalled For.. Blanca should do better with her delivery when speaking to guest! I’ve been in this business as well for over ten years.
