First stepped in, the atmosphere was nice. Retro but not tacky.

We paid $90 for 2 people and will list the items we ordered. Steak and eggs, club sandwich, scrapple, vanilla milkshake, mozz sticks, chilli.

Food took a long time to come out. Another guy later came behind us to talk to the server and angrily requested the check as they had been apparently waiting 45 mins for the food to arrive. This is likely because the staff wait for ALL the food to be cooked then bring them out altogether. They didn't inform us of this beforehand. Most of the food arrived cold.

The steak and eggs were basically bland. Had to request gravy. The hash brown is good, it's like shredded potato, still fluffy and crispy on the outside. The eggs looked dirty and grey, seems like the griddle doesn't get cleaned often.

Mozz sticks had a random home fry in it? The sticks were cold when they arrived and the cheese was hard. Didn't come with marinara.

Scrapple was mushy. If you've had Amish scrapple, this is not it.

Chili was meh. Tasted cheap.

The fries with the club sandwich was literally soft and unsalted. The sandwich itself was good.

Milkshake was good.

Overall wouldn't go back. The waiters didn't even know the food on the menu and kept saying what's that. Granted the menu was changed a couple days ago but it seemed like they hadn't even read the menu...

I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for years, always recommending it to family, friends, and even out-of-town guests because it used to be a place you could count on for great service and a wonderful atmosphere. But after my most recent experience on 04/26 I’m considering if I still want to go back.

The server we had Nancy, was not just rude she was outrageously unprofessional to a level I have never encountered in any restaurant. She had a disgusting, overpowering stench of alcohol on her, like she had been drinking heavily before and during her shift. Her attitude was hostile, dismissive, and downright offensive. She made us feel like an inconvenience from the moment we sat down, slamming dishes on the table, rolling her eyes at simple questions, and giving curt, snappy responses when we asked for basic things like water or condiments.

This was supposed to be a special day and instead, Nancy’s behavior completely ruined it. It is unbelievable and unacceptable that a place with such a good reputation would allow someone like this to represent them. If this is the kind of service being tolerated now, it’s no wonder customers are starting to lose faith.

A once-great restaurant has been completely tarnished because of one server’s careless, drunk, and...

I’ve been coming here for over ten years now. In fact, I went out of my way to come to this place. I had a chance to share this place with my best friend and we were practically ignored. We sat at our table for nearly 30 minutes before even given a menu. The staff consistently brushed us off when we asked to be seen and have our order taken. When we finally had our order taken, we didn’t receive what we wanted. My best friend ordered her eggs fried and they came back a runny sunny side up. I wanted a medium well steak, they gave me that dry burnt looking steak you see. Our ‘waiter’ even had the nerve to tell me it was medium well because the cook said so. The manager took one look and was like, ‘yeah, it’s well done.’ Everything about that whole experience was disappointing and to a degree infuriating considering how relatively empty the place was at the time. Oh! And the robot waiter was even more annoying considering it added zero value to the customer service experience. If anything, it gave the staff more more to do smh. Under normal circumstances I would have made a big deal. But it was late, I was tired, and the staff didn’t seem to care anyway. I guess it’s time to leave Steak n Eggs in the past and move on. Sad, considering how amazing their...

Steak & Egg was hitting! I had the steak and eggs with potatoes and added some cinnamon sticks on the side everything was so good. And the best part? They got a robot that brings your food to the table! That was wild but cool. Their milkshakes are fire too, and you can choose from a bunch of flavors. Definitely a spot worth checking out!
