Miserable service. Three of us ordered whiskey flights (two of them were the exact same) but it took the bartender almost ten minutes to do the pours. He mischarged two of us, and we waited at the bar for another five minutes trying to get someone's attention so we could get our tabs fixed. It felt like staff was avoiding us - the place certainly wasn't busy, with only a few people sitting at the bar and just a handful at tables. One person behind the bar said he couldn't help us, that the original bartender needed to do it, and then scurried away without any attempt to get the correct bartender for us. While we were waiting, we chatted with another customer seated at the bar who had been waiting to close her tab, wallet out, since before we'd arrived. It took a very loud 'excuse me' to finally get someone to tend to us and get our tabs fixed, with a very meager apology. We ordered at around half past the hour, and weren't able to get everything sorted out so we could enjoy our drinks until ten to.

I asked them how do I place an order and they told me to go out the door to the right, and turn right. Well, the first place that she will run into is beer lab. I walked back in there. He said that I was insane in front of other customers and proceeded to talk about me as I walked out.
