This is so I can get incontact with the store owner, Dustin from the Wasilla AK location, concerning Evelyn the store manager. ( that was the name given anyway..) Last week, on Monday, or Thursday night football my husband ordered 2 pizzas. They ended up being wrong. We ordered a family size pepperoni, we got one with peppers and big slices of pepperoni, with a thin crust. The other one was correct, but the wrong size. This isn't the first time we have ordered pizzas that have turned out wrong, but when we called they have always made it right, and came up with a solution. We called this evening, because we wanted to order some pizza for Monday night football. We tried explaining what happened to Evelyn... here is our issue.. My husband called and explained what happened and she was rude and unprofessional from the git-go. I understand that people have bad days, and today was probably one of hers. I can sympathize with that, with it being close to the holidays. (But, it wasn't us that caused it) she asked if we had a recipient, I had lost it at some point, so we told her we didn't have it, but that we order there all the time because it's my favorite pizza place. (Lets be honest, Domino's, and pizza hut suck). She was very short with us, saying their is nothing she can do and if we wanted to write a bad review we could because she didn't care. Then we tried to explain, that mess ups have happened before, but they make it right, and that is what we were looking for. Then she hung up on us, so we called back. Another associate answered, and we asked to speak with Evelyn. We were put on hold for a while, and they Evelyn came back on the line, we asked why she hung up, she said she hung up because she thought we were rude. She then offered to give 20% off, our next order. That would have worked, if she did not hang up on us. We then asked for her manager, because we were done talking with her at that point, she said she did not have one and the owner lived out of state and to write a review. I called the Palmer AK location, because I was not sure if she was telling the truth. I spoke with a very nice lady their and she informed me to write a review on here and that you were really good at checking them. If someone could get incontact with me I would really appreciate it. Read moreWe ordered a pizza with half and half customizations just removing a topping, adding extra chicken in place of it and the other being just a cheese pizza. It’s not the most complicated one I’ve seen by far but the workers made it completely wrong. There was the removed topping all over the pizza not just the one side and other toppings all over both sides instead of just the one half. The workers refused to remake it, only take the toppings off which won’t help our allergy to it. They wouldn’t give us a refund and wouldn’t remake the pizza. So we left without the pizza or our money back and very unhappy with this store. Go to a different location or a completely...
Read moreHorrible customer service. On multiple times I have been treated very rudely by the manager when minor issues have arisen with my orders. Today she refused to accept a valid Valpak coupon for $4 off which was frustrating, but final straw for me was the exceptionally rude attitude that was presented. My family spends around $400 annually at this store but now I plan on taking my business elsewhere in the future.
