I had made a mobile order for a tumbler and a drink at this location. When I arrived I was told the tumbler was not at the location and I have to contact Starbucks to get a refund. The barista, cherish, was very helpful and tried her best to help while having a long line and being the only barista there. I come here whenever I'm in the area, and whenever the lady's ask for my name for my order they AWAYS say my name wrong, "Kyle" instead of "Kylie".
