⭐️⭐️ We were sat right away, but that’s where the “service” ended. ⏳ It took 10 minutes before anyone came by and almost 20 minutes before we got drinks. Meanwhile, every Togo order 🚗💨 seemed to get priority over the actual dine-in guests. We started with the tofu spring rolls bland and lifeless, tofu had zero flavor. 🥢 For mains we ordered: 🍜 Eye round pho 🍜 Combination pho 🥗 Tofu vermicelli (way too many onions menu doesn’t mention it!) 🍲 Miso ramen (limited protein options, no spice option) 🥩 Rib bone combination pho (picture shows a big, meaty rib… reality was a sad little bone with barely anything on it 😒). The pho broth itself was decent 👍, but the rest was disappointing. Misleading menu pics, weak flavors, and slow service. This place clearly caters to takeout orders over dine-in guests. Overall: 2 stars. The food looked better online than it tasted in person. 📉 Not worth coming back.

I've had the grilled pork springrolls here two times. They taste nice and are fresh, but they are super stingy with the meat. On both ends of the spring roll, your first bites are filled with lettuce and rice noodles, until you finally get to the part with some very small slithers of grilled pork. They also need to slice the carrots smaller, some pieces felt close to eating some baby carrots. While the food was good, the worst part was finishing my springrolls and pulling a piece of hair (or maybe a bristle?) out of my teeth. Hairnets. Hairnets. Hairnets. A pack of 50 on amazon costs $7, no one wants to pull out someone elses hair, or some bristle used to clean grills, out of their mouth after eating some food.

This. Is. My. Fav! Sadly, they're closed on Tuesdays and we needed a good Vietnamese fill. We went to Saigon's on keller and it doesn't even hold a candle to Vy's ... so much so, we came here the next day and I quote from my son, "so we can get the flavors from yesterday out and flavors from Vy's instead." They don't ever disappoint! I usually get the Chicken Pho, but decided on orange chicken and their fried rice and there is NO other place that does the two like they do! Please don't ever go anywhere, Vy's! We love you tons! Ps.. there's not one thing on their menu that is less than ultimately satisfying.

Been to this restaurant before, it’s usually good although they have recently raised their prices and I find that it’s a little too pricey. I went in to pick up a large container of beef broth. My daughter had dental surgery yesterday and can only have fluids, plus she likes the pho there. It was $7.02 for 16oz of broth. When I ordered I told the lady I wanted just broth. When it came out it was in a container inside a bag. I’m glad I checked because they had put chopped green onions or chives on top of the broth. When I explained to the lady about the surgery and it needing to be just plain broth she said” you should’ve told me before!” I had. When I got the second container it was plain like I asked for the first time. I told her before I left , “ ma’am, I did tell you I needed plain broth” and I left. I am leaving this negative review because I ordered the same thing from Boba Noodles and tea house last night for $ 3.95 for approximately the same amt plus a tad more. The only reason I went to Vy’s tonight is because they were closed last night and the drive there is significantly shorter than the drive to Boba tea House. I will not go back. Even though I haven’t had any problems in the past, even though it’s closer. I won’t be back and I will not recommend this restaurant to friends or family. I’d rather make the drive, pay less and avoid dealing with the snottiness/rudeness that I dealt with this evening. Ended up my daughter said the beef pho broth tasted better from BOBA NOODLES AND TEA HOUSE anyway. By the way, I didn’t deal with a young waitress or waiter , I believe this woman was a manager...

Horrible restaurant, over-priced food. Mediocre.

UPDATE* It's really funny to me how the owner can't take criticism of a bad review of her restaurant and flags my review for being hateful, dishonest and defamation. Hilarious. You are right VIVIAN I will never AGAIN be a customer. Why would I want to waste my money on mediocre food and you're right again I will never be an employee at your disgusting restaurant. I would have to lie to my customer about how good the food is there. I gave my honest opinion of the food you poorly serve there and you cant handle the criticism and want to flag my review so no one else can see it. I only speak the truth.

I've ordered from here twice, first time to try it out, second time because my daughter starting waitressing there but that's it. No more. For the amount I'm paying for a family of 4 I expect better quality and quantity. This place did not meet my expectations, twice. Mediocre Vietnamese food at best. I can get way better food at a similar restaurant anywhere where around here for less than this place and I do. I honestly don't understand how this restaurant is still operating.

If you're looking for a place that is fairly priced check out Banh Mi Viet, Noodles @ Boba Tea House or any...

As locals we eat pho a lot and try out a lot of different places. As the environment was very peaceful and pleasing to the eye the actual experience wasn’t that great. We ordered drinks and didn't receive them until our appetizer came out. The young waiter was short and standoffish from the get go. As a former server it was disappointing to see one act with such unprofessionalism and should be better trained on putting personal feelings to the side. When asking about the menu or certain things we were quoted “turn it around and it’s on the menu”. Working in customer service it is your duty to respond with love and grace no matter what you’re going through as you do not know what the customer is also going through. Pictures were deceiving and left us caught off guard. No hate but not impressed for what we had to pay. Other pho places have exceeded our expectations and it’s really a let down when you find one that doesn’t even meet the bare minimum. Historically family’s would be disappointed just as much as we are with the service and quality/quantity of this place. Wising this place the best and hopefully can grow from...
