**update 11/10. I dont come to this store anymore but I ordered a cake at the Keego Harbor store, but I was called the day of my pick up that the cake wouldn't be ready in time. When I called them back they said the cake was actually at this location for some reason. Keego ended up giving me the run around and I got a refund because I had to pick up the cake from this dixie location myself when I was told it would be delivered to the keego store. However, when I got to the Dixie store the boy behind the counter said I'd have to pay for the cake and then acted very unprofessional when I asked to speak to a manager, since I was told I was getting a refund due to my troubles. The boy just walked away and say, yeah, good luck with that. This place is garbage and so are their employees.
They never actually have donuts. Also, if the drive thru is busy and you come into the store, be prepared to not be served. We went on a Saturday at 9:30am. There were probably 4 or 5 cars in the drive thru. The girl behind the counter said she would be with us in a moment. We sat there about 5 minutes until another customer came in. We watched as the few donuts on the shelves quickly dwindled away as the three people working drive thru served only the drive thru customers. After about another 5 minutes the customer that came in behind us just left after she saw there were zero desirable donuts left and we left as well. No one even made an attempt to serve us at any point in those 10 minutes. We went to the store on Highland and they had a ton of donuts and were able to walk in...
Read moreSo I went in to place a $90 order the day prior to when it was needed. I walked in the next morning (day of the event) and asked for my order...”what order?” OMG!!!! So now I have to wait 40 minutes for 3 carafes of coffee to be brewed, 2 dozen “assorted donuts” to be collected, and a dozen bagels to be gathered. I had to remind them of the cups, napkins, cream, cream cheese and knives. Did not get any sugar for the coffee and only received one cream cheese when I had paid for two. Only one young lady, not the manager, was apologetic. The manager had taken the order the day before, but she simply did not seem to care that the order was not ready for her customer. She was more concerned that I had gotten “upset” and had no reason to be. When I left, the kind young lady wished that my day got better and one of the workers actually LAUGHED. The young lady said “it’s not funny!” I said, “No, it’s not. If I hadn’t already paid yesterday for this order, I would have walked out. You don’t seem to care about customer service much.’ First AND last time I will spend any money at this establishment.
If I could give no stars, I would... during the 40 minutes I stood waiting for my order...I noticed customer service wasn’t much better for the other patrons. One man waited 10 minutes for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Another customer was told that they did not have plain bagels...I was tempted to go out to my car and give her one of mine!...
Read moreFirst, let me start out by saying that the poor lady working by herself had only been there for 2 weeks and did an outstanding job in regards to customer service. My problem is that I placed an online order for a birthday cake for my wife almost a week ago. When I arrived to pick it up today the building was locked up. I eventually learned that because she was the only employee that showed up to work, the building was closed but she was manning the drive-thru. I then found out almost immediately that they did not have my order ready nor was she able to find anything about it. She even went so far as to text a picture of my receipt to her manager. On the business side of things, there's no excuse for this. They had more than enough notice to prepare this cake. The manager of this location clearly does not care about service as she left a brand new employee by herself. Other comments talked about how poor the service at this location is. Definitely would not recommend this location for anything including a cup of coffee. Again, the lady working was extremely nice and did everything she could customer service wise to help fulfill some form...
