Starbucks — Restaurant in Waterloo

My wife and I went through the drive thru and got our coffees, we started to drive away when the lid came off my wife's coffee spilling all over the car and us. This is the second time this has happened to us . We pulled around to the front and I went in to complain about this, I was handed a stack of napkins to clean my car with which I did while they remade the drink for us. I want back in to get the new drink and saw they used the same cup to remake the drink in, there was stuff all over the outside of the cup so it was sticky. I put a sleeve on it and took it anyway as I was in a hurry. We left the store and headed home. I took a drink of my coffee and realized they had filled the cup with plain coffee, not the vanilla latte that was the original order. I then proceeded to call the store and complained to the "manager " , she apologized a nbn d offered to send us a gift card to pay us back for the mistakes that were made, that was 3 weeks ago. I usually go here for coffee before I head into work. I always go through the drive through so I can’t comment on what’s inside. I would give them a 5 star because they are almost all super sweet, quick and always get my order correct . But there is a lady named Sue That always seems to be the one to take my money and hand me my order. She rips cash out of my hand, barely gets my coffee to my hand before she lets go so I have to be careful so she doesn’t just drop it on the ground and down the side of my car. This is a very convenient location when you’re out shopping in the Waterloo area. I stopped there today around 1:30 PM and ordered a tall, hot cinnamon dolce latte and a slice of their banana walnut loaf. My drink was perfect, and the banana bread was very tasty. I had requested for the bread to be heated up, but it wasn’t very warm when I got it. There were no cars in the parking lot and no other vehicles in line at the drive-through , so I was a little disappointed with how long it took to give me my drink, but I understand that they probably move slower when there isn’t a rush.
