Starbucks — Restaurant in Waterloo

The woman who was making the coffee today was terrible. She has blue tattoos on her face and had no clue how to work. 5 people in line and she is chatting with her peers. Waited for my coffe for 20 minutes before i asked for a refund. She didnt know how so she gave me whatever was made of my coffee. It was not a carmel mach like i wanted. No flavor. So i waited for 20 minutes for a terrible tasting coffee and the barrista with the face tattoos...

I was disappointed with my experience at this specific Starbucks. I always get the same beverage at every Starbucks, and this time, I was told I couldn’t get it the way I wanted it because “that’s not how they do that”. The drink was also VERY bitter compared to normal. Least favorite...

Terrible coffee I like my homebrewed coffee way better. I got a tall classic or whatever it's called and it tasted terrible. Like the beans get soak in some terrible raunchy tasting liquid. The after taste itself just nasty this is not coffee make some Folgers that stuff...
