Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at Anastasia’s! Went to a birthday party last week, server came to our table to take our drink orders but before we could order he said we have to give him a credit card to start a tab which I said fine I can do that but my friend said he only brought cash and just wanted the 1 beer since he and his wife aren’t big drinkers our server Sonny said sorry he can’t get him a beer since he isn’t giving up a credit card! I did hear the server tell other guests that if they try to buy their cocktail at the bar the bartender will just send them back to him. I felt bad for my friend and told the server to just add his 1 beer to my credit card. Once we decided to leave I went looking for our server to pay my tab, it looked a little high to me but he assured me it was correct. I kept my receipt since I knew I had to look this over in the morning, in doing the math It appeared that Sunny overcharged me about $18 dollars! I called and spoke with a manager and before even checking he was pretty confident I was wrong and there is no way THEY made a mistake. I made him go through each item and do the math with me I can hear in his voice he knew THEY made the error! He was very nice and said I will go ahead and refund the difference back to your card, then I mentioned how the server wouldn’t allow my friend to pay cash said those were the rules?? The manager said they do that in order to make things easier on the server, I replied with what about making things easier for the actual CUSTOMERS??!!! The manager offered to refund the 1 beer my friend ordered, this was 2 days ago haven’t seen a refund on my card yet. I later heard that some of the other guests didn’t like the fact that Sunny was holding a stack of credit cards in his apron! Patrons better take a look at receipt before they leave...

Planned to head over to the adjacent choke n puke next door while stuck up there during a snow event, but they weren't accepting customers???

In the parking lot I'd come across a few other friendly patrons stating they were recommended to Anastasia's by a nearby Hotel, so figured I'd give it a try.

Nice warm greetings at the door, beautiful interior, friendly staff, and an incredible selection on the menu. It had what appeared to be a wide variety at a full wrap around bar, and my waitress was familiar with the menu as well as the specials. As my Thursday Fajitas arrived surprisingly quickly it's worth mentioning that it was a gracious portion and a tremendous value.

Having been the only gig in town this particular evening, they pretty much had everyone over a barrel, yet were extremely pleasant and welcoming, offering some delicious food and I was shocked by the lower than expected total on the bill considering the grade and amount of food & delicious dessert served.

I'm unsure if it was due to the weather or the norm, but it was rather late in the evening, and the place had a fair amount of customers who were all having a good time yet for a bar atmosphere still remained quiet enough to speak with my waitress and the neighboring couple who appeared to be on a first date was able to maintain a casual conversation without interruption.

Overall a great time and I was definitely impressed considering that I was expecting to have a simple truck stop style meal next door. This was one occasion I was pleased finding a Denny's to be closed.

Great Job Anastasia's, I look forward to being back in the area, there's no doubt I'll be back in to try more of the menu, thanks for being the fancy looking casual restaurant...

So came here on Thanksgiving since nothing else was open to celebrate our Navy graduate and waited awhile to be seated even though we put our name down and were told it would be a 20min wait and there were plenty of seats open since we came earlier in the day. The host kept putting me off every time I checked-in with him and he kept seating other people that came after us that didn't have a reservation. I don't know what was going on with him but we were on a time crunch and had to head to the airport right after and he wasn't being accommodating. When we finally got seated after I glared at him a few times, I looked over the menu and everything was literally just frozen items. They were offering a Thanksgiving buffet for $17pp but it didn't look appetizing so we opted out of that option and decided to go with a safer option of pizza. Okay now let me get started on this Chicago style pizza that was tasteless dry dough with piles and piles of cheese so you couldn't see what's really underneath. We had ordered the Gyro pizza with chicken and there were barely any toppings to be seen not to mention zero flavor an the slices were so heavy like 5 pounds each and all you could taste was the overwhelming flavor of cheese, not even sauce. I would not recommend getting the pizza here. I think this restaurant has too many items on the menu that they aren't able to focus on actually making good quality food. I had ordered the chicken wrap for myself with fries and the wrap was huge with lettuce, boiled chicken and cesar dressing and was decent. The fries on the side were just regular fries nothing special. Overall, not my 1st choice but it was either that...
