I visit family frequently in Waukegan, I live in another state and in my town I go to Starbucks frequently and it’s always great, I offered to treat everyone to this Starbucks, (780 Lakehurst drive Waukegan Illinois)wished I hadn’t, we went through the drive thru, I ordered a Strawberry refresher with water instead of lemonade ( order them frequently at home) they handed it to me I took a sip and it tasted like they put in some super sweet syrup of some kind so I politely requested a different one, the next one was bitter, I told the lady at the window, I watched her walk over pour out some of my drink and add tap water (🤢) of course it was horrible, got poured out,my son ordered a hot drink I don’t recall what specific drink, he is not a picky person at all, he had to toss it after drinking part of it as he stated there was sickening sweet syrup in the bottom, I have drank Starbucks in every state I’ve been in and never had terrible drinks or service like this, going back to Waukegan next week I will definitely revisit the location on Grand avenue as I ordered there several days in a row and it was great every time, great drinks, great service and great attitude at the location on Grand avenue, perhaps they could teach the staff at...

Not very complicated. She made me a venti and told me the largest it comes in is venti, not sure why her co-worker put in as trenta. I've oreder the same stuff at the same store and numerous time at other stores. And it is an option online as well, it just doesn't come with the special cap like other sizes. I told her that, she gave me the worst attitude, rolled her eyes. I think she needed some eye drops, maybe her eyes were sore. As a loyal customer a truck driver travel everywhere & drink my coffee only from SB, I encountered a significant issue that led to an unacceptable refusal of service.
