Dunkin' — Restaurant in Waukegan

So I stop in the morning at 8:35 at this Dunkin’ Donuts to place my order through drive-thr I specifically and very clearly asked for a large sweet iced tea they followed up with what size I said again a large sweet tea then they followed with a large iced coffee?? No a large ice sweet tea and two donuts I headed to the window gave me the total 5.05 I pay her and she hands me a medium iced tea I asked did you charge me for a large she’s like no I charged for medium did you wanna large with a very nasty attitude Again this was Wednesday morning 12-19-18 whoever the lady young lady was working that morning in the drive-through . And the manager really needs to get their game straight because every morning I go there’s always an issue either understanding my order getting them wrong they don’t really care what they’re doing about satisfying the customer wants and needs are used to work at Dunkin and this is not the way they should be handling...

I hate going to this Dunkin' donuts but it's really on my way to my destination all the time today was icing in the cake. I was at the drive-through speaker for 10 minutes without a single word from them I even drove up to the window and nobody was there. The only reason I stayed again is because it's it's close to my destination. My order number is #4155. The time was 2:43 PM. October 11. 1st lady was trying to give me 3 coffees without the tray. I had to ask for it and she made it seem like if I was a crazy one. The 2nd lady she was talking ill about another customer infront of me making eye contact So naturally I thought she was talking about me that's when she clarified "I'm not talking about you" I get to the job site only to be informed a very small cup of hot chocolate was supposed to be medium. It was put into a small with a medium sticker. Really not coming here anymore. I'll travel far for Dunkin rather than...

Employees didn't seem very friendly. As though my presence was an inconvenience to their lives, probably because I'm not a cellphone. This is the issue with hiring children as your employees. I worked at a couple DD/BR and I ALWAYS treated the customers like they were the best part of my day! Not these girls, I was either ignored or talked to like I was the most annoying thing in the world. And I was nothing but smiles and sunshine and freaking puppy dogs falling out my butt to her....can you say "Rude, self-entitled brat?" The store was clean and well organized. Some of the newer machines looked very cool and I wanted to play with them!! Lol. Although corporate NEEDS to get some new cake designs....those are the same dang cakes I was making!! Lol! Hopefully they can hire some employees that don't seem like they hate the entire world and everything...
