Could not be more disappointed with the communication from the Waukesha, WI location. I took my iPad 12.9" Pro in for a replacement screen on a Monday with specific instructions I needed this back by Friday for an event Saturday. I hear nothing all week that there is a problem and I go into the store Friday afternoon and Alex (manager) tells me..."Oh, bad news, the part didn't come in this week." This is after I drove from my house to the store (30 miles) and he is surprised that I am upset. He tells me there is nothing he could do because 'distribution' didn't send the part. I had to tell him I was upset because he did NOT communicate it with me the part didn't come in and my device wouldn't be ready as requested. His response "Well, it still works so you should be fine." Seriously??? If my only care was that it "worked" then why bring it in at all?
I understand parts don't come in and things happen....but to KNOW I have a deadline, assure me it's going to be done by then, and on the day it's due just shrug your shoulders and say "Oh, bad news?". That's terrible customer service.
BTW - he also told me needed a $150 deposit - but when he ran my card he ran the full amount $367 without telling me. After all this, a refund and a commitment never to return is...

My son broke the screen on his Samsung S23 Ultra and when we took it to the store in Waukesha, WI, the young man in the store was very impertinent and disrespectful. Aside from the fact that I paid overly high prices for a screen repair (The screen repair was over $300.00) and there was no price listing, he didn't listen to any of my requests to allow me to keep the original receipt he gave me (after several requests, he crumpled up the receipt and tossed it away and then when I called him out on it, he told me "Oops! Sorry. Force of habit."). He also walked away from me after I paid for the repair without asking me if I wanted anything else and just treated me with absolute disgust as though it was such a bother to have me in his store! I do not recommend going to this store simply because the customer service here is atrocious!
A few days later, I get a canned response to my review and then they delete their canned response as though my review didn't mean anything to them (which I'm certain doesn't mean anything to them)! DO NOT VISIT THIS WAUKESHA STORE! Their staff and this company are not customer friendly. They only want to fix your equipment for the highest price they can milk you for! I had dropped my phone on the ground and the screen wouldn't work (screen wouldn't turn on), however, the phone itself was still working as I could hear calls and texts coming through. The screen itself wasn't damaged in any way other than not turning on; however, I made the appointment online for a screen repair - because I didn't know what was wrong with it and what else to code the appointment as. ubreakifix repaired the screen at a ridiculous price ($180+) and I was told the phone was still not working properly and would need a battery repair for another $100+. I ended up taking the phone to a different repair place and they immediate told me it wasn't the screen (and they said the guys at ubreakifix should have known that immediately and should not have replaced it). They also told me the screen was replaced with a knock off. The other repair shop ended up repairing my device for only $75. And they told me the piece that was broken was only a $3 part. I will never go back to ubreakifix and I will be sure to tell everyone I know it's a scam. Seems all they want is to upcharge. Thanks...
