I am so disgusted with this place...forget talking to Management...they're the ones not doing their job...first let me say they were not busy in the lobby or drive thru when we ordered!!! We ordered 2 of the box meals that have tenders & popcorn chicken...when we went to pay, we were told they were cooking the popcorn chicken to please pull around. They handed us our drinks and we pulled around. I took a sip of my soft drink and it was all carbonation, so no biggie I get out of the truck run inside to make them aware of the issue and I was going to refill my own drink. I tried to tell the the Manager, who also was the person that took our order ,the situation and he yelled at me "We don't have Coke, we have Pepsi" I then said quite loudly then your "Pepsi is out of syrup". As stated I got out of my truck to do this, I decided to wait for our meals which was taking too long, but it is chicken so I took a deep breath and waited. I finally noticed they were preparing our meals, keep mind they gave out 3 or 4 Drive Thru meals while I stood at their counter inside. I noticed the popcorn chicken that they were supposed to have been cooking was in the warmer the entire time...I was darn mad and after being yelled at already I took it and told the group of 5 people that were walking in the door "Good Luck". Also since I was inside I noticed the dining room had about 6 tables that were dirty/unbused so yes I'm on my soap box about the service, cleanliness and Management...Won't be going back to Waxahachie KFC...shame on you guys for running off your customers...KFC Headquarters spends lots of money to get us in the door, how about working harder to keep us...
Read moreI'm not sure what the managers name is but the level of unprofessionalism and blatant prejudice/ racism my husband experienced is beyond me. He went in around 2pm to get us food and was grabbing drinks (post payment) when he was accused of taking 20$ from the drawer and told his order was cancelled because she couldn't figure out where the money went, which was null and void given he had been given change and a receipt was printed for his order. He was then made to wait around 25-30 minutes for his order while the drawer was counted, and she was antagonizing him, when the regular team member ( who did amazing, she's not the issue here the manager is ) was trying to give the food to him and she was told to put it back and sit it to the side. All the while a customer of Caucasian ethnicity comes in and it's all fine and dandy, a complete 180 in her mood and actions.
He finally gets his food and gets home and we call to get the name of the manager and ask when she will be in so we can begin taking steps to rectify this professionally and her exact words were " are you calling about the 20$ from my drawer " and then refused to give us her name or when the general managers name will be in.
It's 2023. Why he's even had to go through this is buck wild. To get zero respect and be accused of something when there's cameras they can roll back and check before accusing a customer of something and withholding something we paid for is wild.

Read moreIt took several attempts to get someone on the phone and that was the first thing that irritated me. After the fourth phone call, what sounded like a young girl answered and I told her I was inquiring about a gathering to feed 15 or so people and that I needed to know if I should order it ahead of time. I told her I could pay for it now and pick it up tomorrow. She responded that she would have to get her manager and without another word she apparently put me on hold. After a few moments on hold the call was disconnected.
Normally this is something I would go to the Play Store and look for the app but there is such a confusing choice of KFC apps that I decided to go straight to the source and call my local Kentucky Fried Chicken brick and mortar location. Unfortunately that was a mistake. I won't be spending my money at this particular location. In fact I am considering choosing their competition instead.
Evidently this particular KFC is not completely prepared to be in business.
During this pandemic I'm trying to shop locally and spend my money close to home to help our community and our small business owners.
Staffing a business that prepares food should be taken very seriously and that is clearly not the experience I had with this local store. So, unfortunately, I do not recommend...
