And his time management is waaayyyyy off Bc an order that the app said would be done in 20min and confirmed it at 8:45, was not given to my husband until 9:11. He was there waiting all of that time, with “Rocky” telling him it wasn’t “quite ready yet.” Apparently, they never started the order! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We have always had problems with the waxahachie location but tonight was awful, we ordered a pizza online, went to the drive thru to pick up the order and they took FOREVER to come to the window, then repeatedly saying the order would be ready for 10 mins. 1 Hour passes by like this and I pull thru the drive thru again to just find all the workers outside smoking. I drove off, then tried to call to get my money back for the pizza I never got, but no one answered the phone. GO TO THE...

They hung up on me in the middle of a call. Thought maybe it was accidentally disconnected I simply called back. Someone different answered the phone who was not as friendly. When I told her I would like to place an order for delivery She put me on hold without saying a word and left me there for 30 minutes.

I love Pizza Hut, but this branch needs to be closed. This location is giving the franchise a terrible reputation. I say that as I read the reviews while on hold.
