Why offer curbside if you don’t bring the food out? Then, when you go in and ask they say “oh, I set it there. You just need drinks.” No, I NEED you to bring it out like it says on the receipt. But it’s fine, I’ll carry out my 5 drinks and two bags of food with no drink carrier because you couldn’t be bothered to get one. And why do they NEVER have ice? Seriously, the ice machine is always empty. Save your $65 for 3 meals and 5 drinks and go someplace else.

Update: Just left 12/23. Waited 20 minutes for curbside and again, they failed to bring it out. Went inside and the manger just looked at us like we were stupid for expecting our order. She walked back to the kitchen without a word and 5 minutes later came back and dropped the bag on the counter then walked off. Had to call her back to get our drink cups and she pulled out 2 medium cups, set them down and walked off. She was really annoyed when we showed her the receipt and said they were larges. Bright side, they actually had ice.

Save your time and your money, just go to chicken express. The tenders aren’t as good and they don’t have the canes sauce, but they at least know what...

Got here at 12:15 to pick up a big order that was supposed to be ready by 12. I ordered at 10:30. The girl at register was rude and pushed me off and said they was working on order. After waiting 15 min I grabbed a manager. The order was ready the whole time sitting on counter now for 45 min. The young girl had told me that wasn’t mine. She was so unprofessional. I spent almost $200 and this was the service I got. Was running so late that I took it a rushed it over to a friends house who just had death in family. Order was wrong. Not enough food was in the order like I had ordered. This was so upsetting and embarrassing that couldn’t even feed the family in need. Called back to restaurant and was put on hold for 10 min and no one ever helped me. Finally got ahold of manager and told him what happened and he didn’t even offer to gave me the missing Items. I will be calling corporate office tomorrow. I have never had an issue with raising canes. I’ve always went to Mansfield location. Will never return...

We dined there the first day it opened for business. Lines of cars in the drive thru. Lines of people inside. Only 2 people taking orders. There was enough counter place for another person.

We ordered the Perfect Box with lemonade. The fries were fresh and warm. Texas toast was on point. Chicken tenders were moist, hot and good. Cole slaw is a perfect addition to the meal. Not that crazy about the special sauce. Then again, I'm in minority when it come to it. Lemonade was excellent. No free refill. Free refills on other drinks. The price was right.

The staff was extremely personable. Hope they don't deviate from it. Some establishments dont seem to realize customer service can make or break a place.
