Starbucks — Restaurant in Waxahachie

I recently went in and I usually have a great experience with all staff there BUT this time a young lady named Caroline was the barista and she had a passive aggressive personality like if she doesn’t want to be there or annoyed. The one thing that was very annoying was that the whole time she was preparing our drinks, she was talking out loud about her personal business with her co worker that seemed to be on break standing on the other side of the counter. A disappointing representation of Starbucks. Two days in a row I had to have my drink remade. I asked why every Starbucks I go to my drink looks consistent. Here it doesn’t even look the same. After the barista yelled at me I aske to speak to the manager and substandard customer service. I am so glad I tried this drink elsewhere or I wouldn’t know how good it could be.
