I don’t get the hype. I’ll review service and cookies separately below. Service/ experience I ordered curbside pickup about 2 hours in advance. I arrived at my scheduled time and waited. After 20 minutes I walked up to a young employee standing outside the door and asked. She informed me they were short staffed. I think this young woman was standing outside telling people no one else could get in line but I’m not really sure. From my perspective, if you’re that short staffed put a sign on the door and get back in there to help. After another 10 minutes I decided to call the store. I got though and overheard the conversation between the nice young woman who answered the phone and her colleagues. One person was working on store orders and one was doing door dash. No one was packaging the curbside pickup orders. They were nice and immediately got to work on my order. After about another 10 minutes I got my cookies. While I understand that many companies are short staffed right now, I think it would have been better for Crumbl to turn off ordering for curbside pickup and door dash so they could focus on customers in the store. It’s clear that the young staff is in over their heads. Not sure who the manager is and where they were but there are some serious issues going on. Cookies I don’t get the hype. They were fine. I couldn’t eat a whole one on my one for sure. They are huge. But they are just super rich. Nothing special about them for me. Maybe I would try a specific flavored cookie if they came out with a flavor that sounded really good to me but otherwise I won’t be going back. Not sure what people are raving about.

This place is pretty nice. The workers are pretty friendly. I ordered online and when I clicked arrived they were pretty quick to bring my order out curbside. I got 4 cookies. Cotton candy, fried ice cream, walnut fudge brownie and old fashioned donut. They were all pretty good besides the cotton candy we thought that one tasted like it has way to much artificial cotton candy flavor. We got 4 pints of ice cream. Cookie dough crunch, peanut butter brittle, snickerdoodle and vanilla bean. The ice cream tastes really good. It seems like it is made with quality ingredients. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the prices are pretty high for cookies and ice cream. I like the rewards they have it’s pretty easy to get 10$ crumble cash. I would definitely come back here again I highly recommend crumble cookies.

Oh my goodness! This place is always a mad house every time we go but it’s because their cookies are freakishly delicious. I have yet to have a cookie here that I didn’t like. It’s crazy to see too how many people they keep staffed at this place. There must be about a dozen workers there all the time! They’re definitely not sacrificing service! They welcome you when you walk in the door, they get your cookies ready and send you in your way. Beautiful place! Love how you can see the mixers and the ovens and the whole darn process really. If you’re looking for gourmet cookies as a gift or just to eat, this is where you want to get them from. Fantastic place! Different cookies on different days so plan ahead if you’re looking for something specific.

On 05/09/2025 I placed a carry out order for 4 cookies as a graduation gift for a friend. When I picked up, I was never shown the cookies the box was sealed upon pickup. I give the cookies to my friend and he facetimes me and shows me at least 8 ants inside the box. I was shocked. I called the store and spoke with a woman who told me there’s nothing she can do about it because she was not able to find my order in the system. (I had given an order number, last four of card, and pickup name) still was not able to find. She told me there’s nothing she can do unless I bring the box back to the store, she claimed it was necessary because people have been “scamming” them recently. I explained to her that I would be bringing them in a garbage bag so ants did not get anywhere in my car. So I drive back to the store with the cookies in the garbage bag. When I went inside and spoke to the woman on the phone she said she had called her General Manager after she got off the phone with me and apparently she wouldn’t be able to remake the cookies or give me a refund until their manager was in the store tomorrow. So I asked her what was the point of telling me to dig them out the trash and drive halfway across town to bring them back if she wouldn’t remake them? she said “it’s common sense to not actually bring a bag full of ants and cookies back”. the whole encounter was shocking especially with how rude the woman was and she was incredibly defensive and spoke over me multiple times. Not a single “i’m sorry about that” I called the next day and was told I would get a refund which I have yet to even...

Crumble Cookie has earned a commendable 4 out of 5 stars in my book, offering a delightful and indulgent cookie experience that leaves a lasting impression. From the moment I entered the charming bakery, the aroma of freshly baked cookies wafted through the air, setting the stage for a sweet adventure.

The variety of cookies at Crumble is truly impressive. Each decadent creation is generously sized, with a perfect balance of chewiness and texture. The innovative flavor combinations, from classic chocolate chip to inventive weekly specials, showcase the creativity and commitment to quality in every batch.

What stands out most is the presentation and attention to detail. The cookies are not just treats for the taste buds but also visual delights, making the overall experience at Crumble feel like a celebration of sweets. The staff, though efficient, could enhance the experience with a touch more warmth and enthusiasm, as customer engagement is an integral part of creating a memorable visit.

While the cookies themselves are a standout, the pricing could be considered a bit on the higher side. However, the quality and size of the cookies somewhat justify the cost.

In conclusion, Crumble Cookie earns its 4-star rating for delivering on the promise of delectable, visually appealing treats. With a bit more emphasis on customer engagement and perhaps some adjustments in pricing, it could easily elevate the overall experience. It's a must-visit for cookie enthusiasts seeking a sweet escape into a world of unique flavors and...
