Honestly the rating would be so much higher if we would have had even half decent service and could actually speak at our table without yelling across it. The music was loud when we arrived and only seemed to get louder as we stayed. So loud that you'd have expexted this to be more bar and pool hall than resturant. We were yelling at times to be heard by the others directly in front of us.

We went to this resturant for the 1st time for 3 out of 4 of us that were in attendance (one being a child), the other one with us chose this place for her birthday dinner. The food was absolutely wonderful. The chefs/cooks here did a wonderful job. There was nothing I found wrong with my food order that was due to them.

However that being said, we had absolutely terrible service, we came in later, but not so late that it kept the staff over at all. We were finished and out well before closing. Our waitress didn't smile and barely spoke until she handed me and another girl the checks, then she was perfectly kind and smiling. She had checked on us once during the evening and only after we all looked back to see that she had scurried off without a word after dropping off my water, which I had waited on for my entire meal nearly. We all noticed we were not the only table she treated this way. She would nearly throw the bill at other tables, drop off a drink and not speak, drop off food without asking if we needed anything else. Not to mention she put in our order wrong as well. Which we did notice on the check, hence why its not the kitchens fault.

There was also no clear manager on site and only 3 front of house employees total, who barely made time to tend to us as we ate, much less to inform me of who I could speak to. It's a smaller resturant so I can see how not over staffing can be beneficial to your servers, allowing them to get more tips, but not at the expense of your guests experience.

Overall I cannot say that I recommend this resturant unless its maybe take out. Even with everything that's different now and having lower expectations, a rude server who cannot be bothered to show the least bit of customer service makes this restaurant so much less than it has the potential to be, as personally my first time here experience, I now have no intention...

We'd been meaning to try Sauced for quite a while. It's on the north side of main street in Waynesville and is generally very busy on high tourism days. We were able to wander in on an easy day when only about a dozen patrons were there, mostly bellied up to the bar.

The server was very nice and very new to his occupation, no big deal, we're not demanding and generally have very few concerns.

We ordered meatballs (the app), cheese dip, tacos and a burger.

The cheese dip came out in a bowl that was almost completely recongealed. It was warmish, but clearly had been dosed into the little bowl long before we got it. We didn't want to say anything but had to break it up with our silverwear to get it out.

The meatballs were for my youngest and came out warm on the outside and FROZEN SOLID inside. The server didn't seem to know what to do about this, so we asked to prepare a new one that was thoroughly cooked. I'm pretty sure they reheated what was served, but that was fine. I tried a bit of the marinara they had on it and it was beyond "excessively" salty.

The burger was cooked properly to temperature and was nothing special, but my kid liked it. The tacos came out and my wife and I were almost afraid to eat it nearly everything else was undercooked.

My bbq chicken was lukewarm and they gave me the wrong kind of tacos. Her choripolo was slightly warmer but at least it was what she ordered.

I don't think we'll be back as even if everything was cooked properly the first time what we did get just...

The food was alright, but over priced for the quality. My Husband and I had Two tacos, a burger, and chips and dip which was just over $45. And one of our table mate’s food came out completely cold, both his fried and burger.

The severe however was a complete miss. Our server Christie was extremely rude and condescending. Everything was fine when she took our drink orders, but when she came back to get our food orders, it went downhill quickly. She did not refill our drinks and ignored us for our meal. The food runner checked on us and refilled our drinks. She seemed very annoyed to be our server and wait on our table.

When we got the bill it was all in one and we were clearly two separate parties, so my friend asked for the bill to be split. She then ran by, grabbed the receipt, crumpled it aggressively then when getting back to the server station, threw her premised tray at the food runner who was clearly shocked and wide eyed at the situation.

Overall was not impressed with our service as someone who has worked in the industry for many years, and the food...

We came here with some family, and I chose to come here because they have a pretty extensive menu for people craving any sort of food. I figured I should have gotten a pizza or some tacos, but I honestly was not in the mood for either. I ended up going the basic route and getting a burger with cheddar cheese. It was great, and the fries were amazing. It was a lot of food, and I struggled to finish it even after sharing my fries with my family. My boyfriend got the tachos with no meat, but it comes with bacon, so there is some protein even if you do not get the meat option. The prices were reasonable, and the service was great. I unfortunately do not remember the name of our server, but they were very nice!

My wife and I were heading to another restaurant for dinner, BUT as we walked by Sauced, a young couple were eating outside, and the aroma of their pizza, along with the ginormous Buffalo wings literally halted me in my tracks! If anyone knows me, they know I am a wing connoisseur (born and raised near Buffalo). We had wings (duh), jalapeño egg rolls, and a quesadilla. All three did not disappoint. Cooked perfect and delicious. I have to give a HUGE shout-out to KENDALL! We were fortunate to have her as our server. Very sweet and personable. Tell her we said 👋. Oh, and the pizza dumbwaiter was unique and fun to watch.
