I came to this town during the off season and honestly thought it would be a ghost town with the bars all boarded up. Found this gem and ended up having an AMAZING weekend!! From the moment i walked in the door i was greeted and treated just like a regular and just like family. My bartender anita , on top of serving fast cold drinks,introduced me to the locals and recommended local places to eat and see. The group i was with on Friday had such a great time we came back on Saturday. I saw a dumb review on here from Karen ( why is it always a Karen?!) but she leaves alot of dumb reviews... try this place out. You wont regret it. We were unaware we could not bring it in and would have gladly handed it over to him had he simply asked. He was very rude and I'm not gonna lie I probably said some rude stuff back to him. There are several good tiki bars in the Houston area, but this is not one of then. We popped in to their location that replaced the Cockeyed Seagull because we were in the area and were immediately disappointed. We sat down and asked for a drink menu and the bartender was completely perplexed. He finally gives us this tiny little card with 3-4 drinks on it and walks away.
