Kolache Factory — Restaurant in Webster

1. They do not have all the product they sell on the shelves ready to sell when they are open.
2. No one greets you when you walk in the store, all the employees look at you like you are annoying them with your presence.
3. They give you COLD product. If you walk in the store and order a dozen kolaches you will receive a doxen cold kolaches in a box.
4. For the size of the kolaches that you receive they are way over priced. They are half the size of a regular kolache. One dozen (half size) kolaches after taxes comes to $19.98.
5. last but not least they do not taste very well at all. The bread is very doughy almost not cooked and there is too much of it. 90% of the kolache is doughy, almost uncooked bread. The remaining 10% is a tiny sausage.

Bad experience over all. Left a bad taste in my mouth and in my wallet. I have been to this store more than once and each time I hoped it would get better and gave it the benefit of the doubt, however I was sadly...

I've been here once and the food was delicious. There was a line when I arrived but the service was quick so the wait wasn't long. They have coffee with a variety of flavors and creams to go with it. They also have sodas, tea and I think milk. I recommend the spinach kolache, it's amazing. The one thing I didn't like is the ham and cheese croissant. There is to much ham and it's ground up, (I'm weird so it might not be the same for you) but the texture of the ground ham made it feel like I was eating dirt but it might be something you like don't just take my word for it. This is a very outstanding Kolache place on this side of town, the kolaches are absolutely delicious and can serve as a perfect meal for a busy weekday and sometimes even a relaxed weekend. The atmosphere is also very nice given that the restaurant is usually clean and the staff is very courteous and customer service orienting. The only draw back is that they a close a little too soon which usually results in those good kolaches running out due to the high demand. Overall, this is a fine Kolache establishment, it has my complete endorsement and I will definitely be coming...
