If I could leave zero stars I would. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR Drive to port richey store. The policies suck at this store. I have to have a DL present to shop. Why can we no longer search by phone number? I have a cosmetology license on file for a reason. Also you can't call for in store pick up ???? I needed three items and was told I had to put it in online. So they can save my credit card info on file but can't have my call to order or let me shop without a certain Id but can hold three of my credit cards on file. Also employees have poor attitude 90% of the time and don't want to help in store. The only lady that is nice is the long time manager with the short hair. I live in Spring Hill and will be shopping at ANY OTHER STORE but this one. Very outdated and never have anything in stock. This is from a customer of over 6 years. Went in to this location yesterday, 8/3/2022 and honestly did not get a warm welcome. Felt judged by the employee. I live in Tampa and have never had an experience like this in a salon centric. At check out the cashier took a while to ask if I was ready because they were talking to a friend, never told me my total and didn’t ask if I wanted the free masks and hand sanitizer that she just added in my bag. Other locations usually ask and also tell me my total. I just left feeling like I wouldn’t feel comfortable shopping at that location again which is a shame. This is one of the smaller stores, but my absolute favorite! Summer is always so helpful and attentive to the customers she serves. The manager is also very helpful and is responsive to any challenges. The store also has a new young lady working there that is also very nice and friendly. I wish corporate down in St. Petersburg would take notice of this location and the amount of customers they serve.
